I was not pleased with their service although their products are pretty good. If something goes wrong they don't really respond very well. It took me about six months to get a response and get the issues resolved with the freezer. However, eventually I did get a partial refund. They gave me back $1700 plus the fee for the warranty.

Zuleima Gonzalez from Appliance Connection is a joy to work with. Appliance Connection offered the most reasonable prices I could find anywhere. I first contact them in June 2010. At that time we thought we would be closing on our house in a month. That month morphed into an additional 13 months. Zuleima kept in contact with me. When the manufacture was going to have a price increase she called and with a small deposit she held the 2010 prices. When requested the appliances were delivered without a delivery charge. The manufacturer sent the wrong dishwasher twice. On the third attempt the manufacture sent an upgraded model. Zuleima offered the upgraded model for no additional cost. I plan to buy every appliance, big and small from them.
