Excellent job

My wife and and I used AK Gatsios to completely remove and replace our house's roof, including the plywood underneath. We're extremely happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this contractor. The owner, Alkis, is a GAF "master elite" roofer, which qualified us for their wonderful Golden Pledge warranty, 50 years on materials and 25 years on labor! This also means he used all quality GAF materials and complied with strict golden pledge specifications. His crew of 10 were very hard working and completed the bulk of the work in 1 day, coming back just to finish up details. Alkis wanted to make sure we'd be completely satisfied with the results. He's very pleasant to work with, gave us a great price, and proved to be extremely honest and trustworthy. We're planning on hiring him to finish our attic next.

Ended up doing new siding, trim, gutters on my house and garage. Also new roof on garage. Work went slower than expected due to weather, but end result is beautiful. It is now a pleasure to pull up in front of house at the end of the day. I am no longer the ugliest house on the block! All details were taken care of, even new light fixtures on the outside where needed. Still picking up some nails and pieces of old siding that was removed, though. Overall, very pleased with outcome. "AK" is a truly nice person to deal with.

Really enjoyed working with Aliks. He is nice, straight forward and honest. His team did a great job for my house. The work was professionally performed and finished right before the winter. The new energy-efficient windows and siding insulation work well during the cold weather. My wife really likes it and we can feel it's much warmer.

I was amazed how quickly we were scheduled and how fast the job was actually done. My house, which we had just put on the market to sell, went from looking frumpy to va-va-voom overnight. Such an incredible facelift for our house. As a result, we got an offer on the house within a week PLUS the asking price. Amazing.
