Description of Work: I needed a new gutter to be replaced on my home. Mr. Stewart came in and replaced all the rotten wood put up a vinyl fascia board. Also since I have a brick face, they put a silicone sealer after it was power washed. They do excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: He came down to inspect the premises for the roof. He told me over the phone it would be $2500 for a repair that was also waterproofed or $25,000 for a new slate roof. I said that’s fine just put it in writing. I sent him multiple emails, text messages, and made many phone calls over the course of a month and he never reached out to me. I asked Angie’s List to reach out to him on my behalf and he said he’d call but I still never heard from him. He was a very nice person to speak with but it never worked out.

Description of Work: Replaced a four inch drain pipe and elbow. Added a 3 inch flange on outside of box gutter. Flat roof fix around drain hole and perimeter of roof - seal edge of rubberized roofing to wall of house. Down in alley seal holes with cement.

Description of Work: He inspected our roof and said that there was a bulge that would cost us $2300.00 to repair. He promised that he would send us a video showing the area which needed repair. It has been almost three weeks and we have not heard from him since. Obviously, he does not want our business, not that we would hire him now.

Description of Work: They repainted the rubber roof and patched an area where water was collecting. they also painted the chimneys to insulate them better. It was done quickly and without any problem and looked good when I was able to make it onto the roof. I'm not sure what to give for quality and price since I don't have anything to compare it to. Maybe you can tell me what you think.

They were very careful and clean so I asked them to take a look our roof too. They did some remarkable things to seal the roof and spray the sides. They came back after a storm to make sure I didn’t have any more leaks. They were prompt and pro active. They suggested me good measures to reduce any risks. Their customer service is one of their trademarks.
