+ -1 moreBEWARE. Giving this man my computer to fix was probably the worst mistake I’ve made this year. I gave it to him in January to fix my screen. He gave it back to me chipped (I paid $3000 for this laptop and it had no scratches when I gave it to him), with the wrong hard drive replaced (A way smaller memory and cheaper one than what I had) , and the microphone not working. The microphone was actually working when I dropped it off to him so he just broke that entirely on his own. He was extremely rude, slow, and nasty to fix the mistakes that he made. Constantly taking his anger out on me that he had to fix mistakes that he made. He just finally fixed everything and it is July. It’s been 7 months of arguing with someone who was at fault. It’s upsetting that business owners like this are in my community. Also, he quoted me one price when I dropped it off and then charged me $400+ when I went to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this man. The “Crazy” PC in the business name is not a joke, it’s a warning. Take it serious. Go literally ANYWHERE else.
