+ 0 moreIt was terrible. They delivered a scratched up refrigerator and couldn’t install the dishwasher. Never got my stove. 3 weeks later still no stove. They continue giving me the run around and false delivery dates. I’m to the point where I’m ready to ask for a full refund.

+ -1 moreExcellent! They knew what they were doing and went above and beyond. I was very happy and would hire them again in a heartbeat! I wish I would have gone with them in the first place - would have saved me paying double to have the job done and done right.
Description of Work: needed a brand new front door and screen door removed and then re-installed because a different contractor hired to install did a crappy job!

+ -1 moreTheir pricing was very good. You don't know how many times I have used Lowe's service so that is a good sign. You've got to understand. You have to have faith in Lowe's because what they actually do is contract it out. You have to know how many hits they have versus how many misses. You figure it this way: that company is not going to hire somebody that is not going to hold up their name.
Description of Work: I used Lowe's Of Brockport for roofing on a 1,500 square foot house.

+ 1 moreI had gutters put in the front of my house. They did a very good job. There was a little bit of a problem. Once the gutter was up, it rained really hard one day. I went to look and some of the water was coming off at a certain spot on the roof and missing the gutter. I called Lowe's. Their salesperson came out to take a look at it. He called the company that installed them. They had to put up a little piece on the roof to guide the water into the gutter. It was no big deal. They recaulked my basement windows for me. They installed new bow windows and two main entrance doors. They also did storm doors. I thought the pricing was very fair. It was $5000 for everything. They were friendly and nice people. They were very professional. I asked questions of the gentleman that installed the windows and doors. He was very informative and answered my questions. He explained things to me. I was very pleased with his work and with how he communicated with me. The quality of their work was excellent. It's professional looking.
Description of Work: I used Lowe's in the fall of 2012. Some of their contractors came out and did some work for me.

+ -1 moreWe had them demo both the kitchen counter and sink and the bathroom counter and sink. Everything was great. We had gone around to several others places to look. But Lowes made it so easy to get done what we needed done. They made the process very easy and pain free. The pricing was great as well! The installation was also done very well. Everything seemed very well organized, and seemed like a no-brainer to use them. Everything was done when promised. They also have a team assigned to you to make sure that everything gets done. One crew was for demo, and one crew was for installation. Everything was done in one day!
Description of Work: We used Lowes to get new kitchen counter tops and new bathroom counter tops.

Description of Work: Work was done by Dan Stubblebine (Stubbie) . Work was promised to be done in Janurary,but was started late. Dan was snowplowing instead of working on our kitchen. when done snowplowing he might show up to do the work.Had Bruce hardwood floor installed by him. Floor was installed wrong, wrong length nails,wrong flooring subflooring. Finish trim work was not done properly.Left all the nail holes not filled. Backsplash was installed like a 3 yr old would do. Had to call lowes home office many time to complain. Was told store manager would come out. But a lower level manage came out said he was the store manager. Finally had the store manager show up. He apoligised for the shoddy work and tried to satisify us but NO refund on the money we paid. Required full payment before starting the work.Told us this is standard for lowes.
