+ -1 moreBrian not only recognized the problem, but he helped me solve it. He was patient and understanding even though I'm not a technical person. It was a level of support I would never have expected after I had already expended significant time and effort without getting any help at all. Since then, Brian has consulted on some other IT projects and he's always knowledgeable and professional.
Description of Work: I had issues with my phone that neither Verizon nor the Apple Store were able to resolve for me. I went to Level 1 PC because I had heard positive things about it. I really wasn't expecting that there was a solution after my experiences with Verizon and Apple, but Brian knew right away what the problem was.

+ 0 moreI had an issue with two cameras. He was here in 15 minutes after calling him on a Saturday. While he was here, he saw that I was working on my mom's laptop. He took and fixed it without even charging me. I was impressed that he was here on the weekend, I thought I'd get an answering machine when I called. He genuinely likes his job.
Description of Work: He helped me install an elaborate security system at my home. Installed a few cameras and fixed my mom's computer.
