They did a very good job. They placed wooden planks on the grass as they drove heavy equipment into the back yard. This helped to not leave tire ruts in our lawn. The work was done quickly and they cleaned the yard very well from the cut tree limbs. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The provider did a great job. Estimated the job timely and professionally. Arrived when agreed and completed the service to our satisfaction quickly and efficiently.

The good thing about JM Tree Service was they came on their own and did the estimate so I did not have to stay home waiting for them. However the estimate they gave was almost double the estimate I got from another company (who ended up doing the job). In summary they are a bit pricey, but they can do the job at a short notice if you need as they dont have long wait time.

the crew arrived with a variety of equipment to handle all components of the removals using each piece of equipment they methodically removed upper limbs and trunks holding them chipping the braches as new ones cut. large trunks were placed on log caring truck. when tree was completely gone then stump was grounded down... mean while other members of crew removed and chipped. all the while work was being performed clean up of debris was addressed. being retired the two payment option was very generous

Cut down one medium to large size silver maple. Service was prompt and efficient. Day was VERY cold. They also 'cabled' a large silver maple near our house to strengthen it against adverse weather. We wanted to save the tree as it provides shade for our deck.

Trimmed large tree in backyard. Cleaned up all debris. Very professional and good communication.

They told us in advance what the time frame would be for them to get to us, then they called us, within that time, one or two days in advance, and told us the date and time that the would arrive. They were prompt. They were totally professional and at the same time very friendly and happy to answer questions. They have a large crane, which really came in handy when they took a tree down in our back yard. They simply carried the parts of the tree up and over our house and safely to their work area in the front yard.. They put plywood down to lessen the impact of the heavy vehicles on our lawn. They worked at a constant pace and finished the job quickly. They then cleaned up after themselves, and were on their way. We are very pleased with them and their work and highly recommend .them.

Josh was very helpful in making final decisions. He gave suggestions and very sage advise. He also advised me on how to maintain the bushes in the future. The work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up based on our agreement.

They were very professional but I did not utilize their services because I found a friend of my neighbors to do the service more inexpensively. Someone contacted me on the phone, I received the quote when they said that I was going to receive the quote, and they followed up on that quote by phone and by e-mail. I didn't have any work performed by them. I would use them in the future, and if my neighbor didn't have a friend, I would have consulted them.

They came out quickly and left the estimate in our mailbox as requested. We chose not to use them because it was a bit out of our budget, but their estimate was close to the others we received.

We were spellbound and amazed at the efficiency of the operation. This was a huge tree, dead in the center, dangerous, and inaccessible in our neighbors back yard. JM Tree used a HUGE crane and a bucket crane to take it down in stages, chipping the smaller branches and piling the trunks ready for removal. The whole operation took under three hours. Although it was our neighbors's tree, most of the equipment used our driveway, and the parts of the tree were hoisted over our house, so we watched the whole operation with our neighbors from our backyard. JM took careful precautions not to harm our driveway, and our and our neighbors' plantings. As impressive as the removal was the cleanup. Honestly, apart from the pile of logs for later pickup, by the time they left you would not have known they had been there apart from the enormous gap where the tree had been.

J.M. Tree Service's price was excellent. It took them a while to get to me, but they had warned me in advance since at the time they were really busy. They were there when they said they would be.
