+ -1 moreWhen I brought my laptop in, they quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that the keyboard needed replacement. They also ran some general tests on the machine and let me know how it is performing. With my approval, they ordered the new keyboard. I took the computer home, since I could still use it with an external keyboard. A few days later they called me to say the part was in, and I returned with my laptop. In less than half an hour they made the repairs and also cleaned out the machine. I've had no problems since then. Agent Mobile staff was very helpful, and went the extra mile in answering miscellaneous questions I had about Windows and iPhones. If you like to deal with people who actually know what they're talking about, rather than just customer service counter staff, I recommend Agent Mobile.
