We were looking for someone to put in a new roof, siding and new 3 season porch. Contacted Steve and others in March for quotes. He came to the house, reviewed our project and gave us a quote. I formally hired Steve in April as we were happy with the numbers and what he presented. He said he could do the job. He said he would start with roof in May. I agreed on timing. May came and went and nothing from Steve. I emailed him in early June, and he said two weeks out on roof. and asked me what color. June came and went, nothing from Steve. July came and went, nothing from Steve. I emailed again in August, he never responded. I have not heard from Steve since June 7th. This was a complete waste of time, and I had to start the search all over again.

I hired Steve to completely remodel our kitchen (new cabinets, appliances, new tile floor & backsplash, plus electrical, plumbing & painting) Steve and his crew were extremely efficient and the quality of their work was exceptional. Steve was very pro-active in communicating what was happening at the moment and what the next step in the process would be. The kitchen remodel took just over 2 weekswhich included waiting a fethe new countertops

Steve is very knowable of every aspect of the construction process (design, excavation, foundations & framing). When a crew is needed Steve is the conductor and the crew is very skilled at providing quality performance. When the going gets tough he keeps going by accepting the challenge and works it through to the end. Only complaint, coordinating his work schedule with me. I do not always know when I will see him again. However, if I call he always answers. I plan on using him again on my next project.

Made my appointment through HomeAdvisor. When I called and talked to Steve to verify the appointment he said he did not have any record of the appointment. I made another appointment with Steve for another day. Steve did not show up at the agreed time so I called and got his voicemail. I left a message. That was over 3 hours ago. He did not show up as I changed my schedule around to be at home and he has not returned my call.

Great service, fast, waited for me to get home even when I was running late (sry) to finish project. Would recommend.
