We are a full service construction company specializing in design, build and remodeling for the residential and light commercial market. We have been incorporated since 1996 and have been working in the Capital Region since 1986 under the direction of Master Carpenter Brad Bischoff. Our core belief is that our customers deserve the highest caliber of workmanship and materials at a fair price and completed in a timely manner. We strive for your satisfaction throughout the entire remodeling process: beginning to end. Fully insured with over 30 years of experience in all phases of remodeling. It didn't.
Description of Work: i contacted him for an estimate on a kitchen remodel and flooring installation. He stated that he had to charge me $300 for a written estimate. Not gonna happen.

Hi [Member Name Removed], Your estimate was for a VA loan that you were applying for, the third house that you said you applied for with this loan process. I explained to you that I would charge $300 for the estimate & it would be deducted from the cost of the work. I also explained that I charge for Insurance Estimates also, as the majority of these estimates never result in any work for our company, just people looking for a free service to use. You said you understood & that you would talk with your wife (obviously she wears the pants) about it & get back to me. Then you posted this review. Good luck!

It never happened

Description of Work: Bischoff remodeling was recommended by a friend, and i used them for a small job in my kitchen. I was so impressed with the quality of work and reasonable price , that i hired them again for a larger project. Brad Bischoff built a two car garage and an addition on my house. The project was completed on time and within budget. I was also very happy with the clean up after each day as the job did take some time. I love my addition and have received many compliments on the project. I would highly recommend them
