GROUT BRIGHT

I was able to schedule an estimate and demo shortly after making an appointment. John came to my home and explained the special grout sealing process and helped me select a grout color. I needed a special day and time for my appointment and had to schedule fairly far out in advance, but Michelle the office manager was so sweet that she actually called me when she had a cancellation. On the date of the scheduled service, the two service men arrived on schedule and were very courteous and dressed professionally. They did a beautiful, thorough job. First, they did a deep steam cleaning of the tile and the grout. The grout stains disappeared and all the dirt in the nooks and crannies of the tile were removed. They then hand-applied a grout sealer. The floor looks as if it was newly installed and cleans up beautifully. Start to finish: 2 hours, as promised. I highly recommend this service.
