These guys are great - punctual, professional and creative when they need to find solutions to problems they weren't expecting to find along the way.

They did very good electrical work. They were a little pricey, but it was acceptable for Long Island.

They were great! They showed up on time and were professional.

This electrical company was recommended by our contractor. Prior to doing a renovation of our bathroom we needed to have some electrical work done, and we decided to upgrade our whole electrical service since this is something we had put off doing. The company was professional, on time, and did the work in a timely manner. No complaints.

Everything from start to finish went well, on time, courteous, competent, completed job quickly. The only thing that didn't go as smoothly was arranging things before hand with the office receptionist.

I will never use them again. I had a problem in the house and they sent somebody. Apparently the person they sent was an apprentice and a helper. He had to call up his boss three or four times to get to help him to figure out the problem. I just didn't think that, it was for that I was paying for. I was paying for an electrician to come to the house and fix the problem, and not some apprentice to learn. So I just didn't like that and I thought that it was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them. Their responsiveness and punctuality were good. I will not use their services again in the future. I spent quite a bit on their services. It was $2000.

Great! The professional arrived on time did a great job removing and installing the new light fixture, was personable and polite.

Allways Electric sent someone out to conduct a survey for the purposes of submitting an estimate. The work shown on the estimate was itemized, along with its corresponding cost, which is what I had requested. Each line item was very specific. I changed the parameters of one item on the estimate and Allways Electric insisted on coming back to the house to review and relook at the location where I had made adjustments in the required work, even though it was a relatively minor change. They then resubmitted a written estimate to me. My signature was required on the estimate in order to validate that I'd agreed to the work and the price. I needed to send this back to them before the job could be scheduled. I didn't have to wait long for the work to be scheduled. On the day of the work, the electrician arrived on time. He was very professional, extremely conscientious and thorough. In the living and dining rooms, where ceiling fixtures were being installed, he placed dropcloths around to capture any debris from cutting holes in the ceiling and vacuumed up after the job was done to ensure that he left the area clean when he was finished. Tracing our power problem took a couple of hours, but he finally found the source of the problem in the attic wiring and fixed the problem. The entire job took more than one day. Each day, the electrician arrived on time or a little early. He wasted no time throughout the day and spent little time eating his lunch, which he brought with him, so he didn't have to leave the premises for any length of time. This was our first experience with Allways Electric and would definitely use them again. Since this particular electrician is now extremely familiar with the wiring throughout our house, we'd want to request that he be assigned to any future needs, if that's possible.

They came when they said. They did a great job. I plan on having them back to do some more work for me

Rep was punctual and gave written quote. I felt he was trying to 'pad' the estimate with additional items. Worker punctual and attempted to install ceiling fan-- but when there was a wiring problem, he didn't know how to solve it so he had to call office for additional worker. I was suspicious that the original worker wasn't a licensed electrician--just someone who could do basic installation. To solve this wiring problem, they wanted to charge me a certain amount of money if it took them less than an hour and another amt. if it took them more than an hour. So he walked around the house, doing nothing in particular and 55 min later, found the problem. I believe he knew the problem immediately but wanted to make sure it took him longer than 10 min but within 1 hr. Even though everything was fixed, I felt this company was dishonest and will never use them again.

Everything went beautifully. Their work was neat and clean, and they made timely arrangements to have an inspector visit to check out the work.

I have used them for years and will keep using them. They are good about coming when I need something done. He is very professional and polite. He is fantastic.

Work carefully scoped out and performed as agreed. Very prompt and polite. Clean and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
