Bill was fair, honest, and diligent in his work. When the project threw him a curve- he discussed the options with me thoroughly and we were able to adjust with minimal time and cost change. I would undoubtedly recommend him and will be calling again as new projects arise.

We had water damage in 3 different places that required drywall replacement. Bill gave us a detailed estimate, and explained that if the "per hour" rate ended up being less, that is all we would pay. We hired Bill and he and a helper arrived promptly and began work.. They were careful and professional and worked well as a team. The work went smoothly and so far looks great. (still needs a second coat of "mud".) I have no reason to think that the finished product will not be as good. I will hire Bill again.

My overall experience was great...he liked what I picked out and work quietly and efficiently...when the job was done, I was very pleased...I want kind of a shabby chic , cottagey look and that is what I got...thanks again.

I hired Bill to install a stairlift in my home for my elderly motherinlaw. He fit my job into his schedule the same week which is more than the stairlift company would do. He came as agreed and worked very hard installing the unit. What a nice young man! His work was excellent and I plan to hire him for more jobs. His price was so low that I gave him some extra $ as I thought the job was worth it. Do not hesitate to hire Bill for your home needs.

He did a good job. We had a 2nd-floor bathroom leak, and ceiling below got water-damaged so we had him replace the entire old with the same type of 9"x9" interlock tile we had before. He was very good at the main structural+finish work he did. He told us it would be less expensive if we bought the materials and gave us the list, so we did and he did the rest. His price wasn't bad as it was covered by homeowners insurance, but that's not to say it was better than average. He was quite punctual, usually arriving 15-20mns. early. He was surprisingly quiet about most of the work. Only minor complaints were his decision to stuff his leftover insulation into the rafters where it wouldn't do any good instead of looking around for where it might--or disposing of it himself... for eleven-hundred dollars, wouldn't think that'd be any 'cost-cutting' issue for anyone. & tho my son asked him to park on the front lawn so not to block our driveway, he kept parking in the st. end of it anyway and we had to ask him to move it, twice .... obviously cutting into his own productivity time no less than ours. We did have to know the questions we needed to ask because he wasn’t forthcoming on all details, but that's far from unusual with all kinds of service people.

Bill came over to our house same day I called him. He gave me an estimate and advised me what supplies I would need and suggested I buy them myself so it would save me $. I bought the supplies and called him back on a Sunday. He was able to come over to do the work 2 days later. He brought a partner with him, which was unexpected but did not change the cost of the job any. They worked quickly and thoroughly, replacing a faucet set in the kitchen, a wax ring on toilet #1 and putting in a new toilet in bathroom #2. Bill is a neat, clean and pleasant man who goes about his business quickly, quietly and efficiently. We would definitely call Bill again for any kind of handy man type job

A very pleasant, professional guy, estimated the job would cost $250 based on expected time, came ina t half that.

Bill did the two bathrooms in one day, and then did the kitchen the following day. Overall, I was very happy with the results.

Bill is extremely professional, prompt and courteous, arrived when he said he would and did a great job. He also didn't charge an huge amount for his work. He is also now building us built-in book shelves.

Bill is on time, neat and clean, a creative problem solver, pleasant, respectful, reasonably priced and experienced. He's very honest in that he turned down a painting job because he felt Icould get a better price form a painter (and I did).
