I contracted with this company to install new gutters. When the crew came out, they told me the gutters were okay and just needed a bit of repair. The gutters are not leaking anymore and they resolved an issue with a downspout. Honesty and the best customer service. It was a pleasure working with these people. They get my business from now on and I am spreading the word. Highly recommended!

BUYER BEWARE Less than a week after I had gutters installed by Iron Horse of Syracuse in January 2021, leakage problems had to be fixed at two separate sections. Again this year, in the exact same two spots, the same problem: the leakage resumed. Last year one of the owners (Ben) first insisted that it was a roofing problem, but when the other owner (Eric) came with him after I pressed the issue, one section was replaced. The other section was sealed. The moral of the story? Despite the same problems, in the same two sections, video, audio, still pics and all â ¦ again, the co-owner (Ben) blames the roofâ even when two separate Syracuse roofing company assessments say otherwise. My guess is that he is likely telling the same line to other customers, which is why I am posting this review. Videos and pictures, thankfully, clearly show what I consider to be the shoddy work of this company. Specifically and importantly, they show the roof edge is intact along the entire edge. More to the point, they show the huge gap between the soffit and the gutter that was installed in January 2021 by Iron Horse. Pictures do not lie. My conversation with the same co-owner today (Ben) made abundantly clear that he could care less. Initially he offered a refund when he thought I was buying his roofing story, until I called his bluff and said yes. Then, his story changed. Again. If you can avoid this company, please do. You will almost surely save yourself a headache that is hardly worth their lower pricing and quick (shoddy) work. I will post an update once I get these sections replaced by another gutter company that does not operate â in the gutter. I am guessing that a lot of the 5-star reviews from customers that have posted only 1 review are likely fake. That should tell you all that you need to know. Or, maybe it is just that every customer won't get the same 5-star service as the other customers here.

Iron horse was great. Thought I needed new gutters and they explained that my gutters are in great shape and offered a solution to repair a few saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very professional and honest and I will definitely work with them again

TRUST IRONHORSE! I do not know anyone at that company but if you go with a general contractor you risk a poor job. Thats what happened to me! Then Ironhorse came out. They knew exactly what to do. The price was excellent and the work was done by three gutter pro's who know precisely what was needed to repair my parents gutters! I would highly recommend them and give them a rating of 5/5! Highly reccomend! I needed just a very small repair job on my house and needed gutters made. I called and I was first totally impressed with the help I recieved on the Phone with Kersten and then Eric had them made the next day! I thought I only needed a gutter and downspout but he also hooked me up with all the hardware, fasteners, and crash coarse on the best way to install it all!
