+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said they would. The workers were professional and really appeared to take pride in their work. The job was fininshed on time. They cleaned up everything. The floor looks beautiful. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Installed hardwoods in a bedroom.

+ -1 moreThe work was not completed, yet i paid 2/3 of total charge.
Description of Work: Bob was contracted to refinish the back and side porches on our 1895 home for a $900 charge. (He was also going to redo our front porch at an additional cost.) His men sanded and stained the porches once. I was not happy with the work. The stain was unevenly applied. Paint that had been on the risers was not completely removed. The stairs were cracked. Bob agreed that the work needed to be redone. Bob never came back to finish the work. I am not sure why. I did try to call him a couple of times. I never heard back from him. I gave up trying to reach him. I paid Bob $600 at the start of the project.. He did a terrible job. He left the work unfinished. I definitely would not recommend him, nor would I use his services again.

+ -1 moreBob was very personable and did a great job sticking to the estimated cost and time for the project. Floors were sanded 3 times and 3 coats of poly applied. They look beautiful!
Description of Work: Refinished existing hardwood floors in living room, dining room, entryway, and 2 bedrooms. Shoe molding also installed throughout.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They came when they said they were going to and they did a very good job. They were really hard working and very nice. They made sure everything was done really well. The owner was here almost all the time supervising. They even helped us move some heavy pieces of furniture too, which was really nice of them.
Description of Work: They took up tile in the kitchen and put in hardwood flooring.
