 + -1 morePeter was very responsive from our initial request for an estimate and all the way through the job. He answers phone calls and emails promptly and was a pleasure to work with. After power-washing, the stone steps and bluestone patio looked like new. As an added extra, Peter power washed two adirondack chairs that looked very bad and now they look great! Peter did an expert job painting the house and I couldn't be more pleased. I should add that we live out of state from this house and I felt very comfortable with Peter working independently and he kept us informed about his progress.
Description of Work: Our one story house needed power washing and painting. Stone steps and blue stone patio around pool were also power washed.

Description of Work: Peter did a terrific job from start to finish. He looked at he job and gave me several good suggestions and then followed up with a detailed estimate that was a fair price. He works alone and with a high degree expertise and attention to detail. he is a very pleasant individual and a very hard worker. The finished product fully met my expectations. I would certainly use his services again. he powerwashed the exterior shingles. He applied a prime coat of oil based stain. He followed with a top coat of stain , He painted all the trim and doors and converted the trim succesfully from brown to white.
