Excellent ....Chris came to my residence three times ...Chris returned to this residence because my basement flooded ....On 8/15/2018: I gave a review more like a complaint against Sewer Heroes.. because once again I was having problems with my pipes I realized they did a very good job but because this house is old and so are these pipes I did not know the extent of the damage that the pipes head and because I did not know this and because my basement flooded again I was angry and I thought they did not do a good job but they did ...... The one thing that impresses me so much about Sewer Heroes Is that they stand behind their work and because they had to come here numerous times was not because they did not do and excellent job , because they did ....it is the fact that my pipes were bad... I appreciate the fact that they did return to clean my pipes once again free of charge I appreciate that so much they do excellent work and they stand behind their work ...... Chris is excellent at what he does I appreciate (superheroes) Sewer Heroes so much .. I will continue to use them for my future plumbing needs ..... My last review was a bit immature due to the fact that I was working on my emotions and not the fact that I just have old pipes but I do appreciate them they are excellent company and they stand behind their work ... The reception is is on point thank you so much

The first guy Brian came to my house to fix my plumbing gave me a good price I thought he did a good job six months later had to pull again for the same job Chris and another plumber came Same problem I explain to them that Brian came six months before . They had to use the machine from the truck with him without it costing me more money same problem apparently it wasn’t the same problem to them ........Had to call them months later spoke to receptionist she said I will get a good price when Chris came back with the other plumber play took pictures of my pipes and told me they were going to BurgerFi na had to call them months later spoke to receptionist said I will get a good price when Chris came back with the other plumber they took pictures of my pipes and told me they were going to collapsed and they had to use some chemicals to make sure that didn’t happen and I paid close to four grand for that job so no I would not use them again I do not feel that they were honest ..... They performed three jobs for me.... Yesterday August 14 2018 I contacted Aldo plumbing on time ..They came today to fix a leaky pipe that I had asked Sewer Heroes to do But the plumber that came told me that he would have to take the wall down in the basement and charge me for that and then when he fixed the pipes that would be a second charge and he would not replace the wall so I did not call them back this gentleman replaced the pipes underneath my sink for the same problem without removing the wall in the basement and charged me one price. And he did an excellent job . No more leaks .

Do not use this company. Read this carefully and I apologize for not posting this warning earlier. I'm just home today and realizing that I should really warn my neighbors about using them. We live in Briarcliff Manor and had a back up due to blockage in our sewage pipe. My wife was home and called them to inspect and repair as per my recommendation (which was obviously not well researched). The field tech from Sewage Heroes in Briarcliff cleared the pipe and recorded a before and after video. The field tech later showed me the video he had taken and explained that although he cleared as much as he could, that my pipe had large cracks in it, and so could not be cleared completely and would likely clog again within 3 months. Furthermore, that my only solution would be to either repair or replace the pipe, either way very costly endeavors. At this point, all seems ok, just really bad news. But rather than my selecting from one of their very expensive solutions, I asked my neighbor (who flips houses for a living) if he knew of a sewer specialist that could give me a second opinion. He gave me contact details for a guy named Dave of "local guy plumbing drain services" in Peekskill. Dave, doesn't normally work this far from his home base, said that Briarcliff was on the edge of his limit but that he would so come by to help. I paid Dave him his going rate to conduct another video inspection. He then called me under my house to show me what he found, which was that although our drain still had many roots within it preventing him from full inspecting, he suspected that all may be ok but that the prior service provider just did a lousy job clearing the roots with the water jet system that they had used. My sewage pipe is made of cast iron and so Dave explained that he could use a blade system to clear. So I opted to pay him to clear my pipe. Yes, paid someone else to clear our pipe just days after having Sewer Heroes do the same. However, this time, when complete and viewing the after video of my entire pipe, from under our home to the public drain, I could see how the entire system was smooth, had no cracks as now was perfectly clean. Dave explained that sections of sewage pipes are connected to one another with one edge overlapping the other and that the material commonly used to seal between these couplings wears away, leaving very spaced for roots to enter. But that these spaced are extremely common and that although root filaments s that enter may grow to be fat on the inside, that they can still be removed easily if done before they grow too large. Furthermore, that if I use foaming root killer a few times a year, that I would not likely need anyone to clear the pipe for 3-5 years! Live and learn.

I called them on Wednesday 7/18 and they told me that they were no longer associated with Angies List, however, they would come to my home the next morning (Thursday) for the same price advertised. I asked them to call first to confirm. They never called and they never showed up. I called Thursday to inquire about what happened and I was disconnected or they hung up.

Excellent job, they installed the piplng all in the same day as promised.

perfectly - Lou arrived and fixed the problem in a few minutes. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and took corrective action immediately. He was friendly and courteous and explained the problem and the corrective action. I would highly recommend his service again.

It went great -- they arrived the day after we realized had happened, and worked from 7am to 11pm so that we could use the plumbing the next day. In the heat of summer too. They were very professional and did excellent work. Thank you Sewer Heros!

They were very professional and really helpful in an extremely stressful situation. It was a whole day job. I think they did a phenomenal job, and could not have improved on anything. They did what they said they were going to do, and they worked really well and hard. It could have been twice as much, but they got it done at that price. The communication was really thorough, and very helpful.

This was a bigger job than anticipated, but it worked, and I see that this was the necessary way to clear the clog. Whole job took about 90 minutes. Chris was courteous, patient, and answered all of my questions as job proceeded. He knew what he was doing, and the job was professionally done. I would go back to this company in the future. The price was also reasonable given the nature of the problem and the scope of the job. Final note: service was provided in early evening of same day problem arose, and Chris arrived promptly.

I paid for the service, entered my prefered times and was never contacted by the company. I wasted a week waiting for them to pick one of the multiple times I indicated. Angie's list ended up refundign my money.

They were very nice and polite. After they diagnosed the problem, they gave me a couple different options on how to go about solving the issues instead of just doing the most expense.

The work went off without any problems. Would recommend and use again myself.

Called Sat morning with emergency leak, with 2 hours entire crew was hard at work. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Michael explained everything and showed the problem and suggested different options. Large job was done in one day (on weekend)

The guys who work for Sewer Heroes Inc of Briarcliff Manor, NY, are just that--Heroes. They saved me from going insane when our garage and playroom kept flooding. They saved me from selling my home when I thought our flooding problem was impossible to solve. They saved my marriage because I was so frustrated with this flooding problem. They saved my family from having to mop up and clean up for hours after flooding. Mike Salgado of Sewer Heroes came to offer a free estimate in September 2016 and spent a good amount of time listening and observing. He walked around the property and completely understood our problems before he offered a solution. He was confident and very knowledgeable. He even uncovered a drain I didn't even know we had! After reviewing my engineer's notes, he came up with a full proposal that took into account everything we needed that had been recommended. The price was reasonable and fair. But since I am a researcher and over think everything, I had to get other companies here to learn what they would do. Throughout this vetting process, Mike of Sewer Heroes kept in touch regularly. He was not obsessive or annoying, he was simply calling about once a week or so to see how things were going. After one crazy appointment with a competitor, he talked me through what the other guy was trying to sell me and helped me to understand why it wouldn't solve our problem. He brought me back to the engineer's original notes. He was enormously helpful. I felt like I was dealing with a respected brother or friend instead of a salesman. How rare is that?! His brother, Anthony, and his uncle and the rest of the crew showed up as expected and began the four day project. They worked very hard and were professional throughout the time here. (We've had more than our fair share of workers at our house over the years, as our home is old, oops I mean "historic and charming," and there's always a project or two going on. Believe me, my daughters have learned a lot of new vocabulary words from some of those other guys.) The Salgado men and their colleagues were polite, hard-working, diligent, careful, and knew what they were doing. Two times I needed to talk to the receptionist. She was also helpful, quick to respond, and also very polite. When they were done, they swept the area clean and hauled away a lot of debris. My garage has never been this clean. And it has never ever been this dry. I love my home again. I am happy. My husband is happy. My kids are happy. Thank you, Sewer Heroes! I highly recommend Sewer Heroes to anyone needing plumbing, sewer assistance or flooding remediation. They are wonderful!

The were very professional and efficient in changing the cast iron pipe with a no hub pvc pipe. All for a very fair price I will definitely use them again.

Mike, Brian, Chris and Anthony were able to unclog and repair the sewer pipe. It was not an easy job and they had to work in a small crawl space for over 3 hours. I appreciate their knowledge, expertise and hard work. They did whatever they had to in order to get the job done.

It's Sunday night and the last thing you want to deal with is a clogged drain. Sewer Heroes called me within 10 minutes of placing my request through home advisors. The person on the phone was such a delight. He took my information and explained he could have someone here within the hour. Sure enough, a plumber was here within the hour and cleared our tub drain in less than 20 minutes. The plumber was kind and professional. If all of this wasn't enough, they take cash, check or credit cards. I'm happy to write my shower is back to normal and no more clogged drain. I work in NYC and plan to use Sewer Heroes for any plumbing needs at my company as well. Highly recommend to anyone.

They answered right away and sent someone out to do a quick estimate very quickly. The job was scheduled that same weekend, The large crew showed up promptly and got right to work jackhammering the floor. Work continued all day Saturday and went well. It involved digging out an leaking old iron drain and replacing it with PVC. An additional length of pipe needed replacing and the extra work was added to the job easily. The work was well done and cleanup was very thorough despite the giant mess the job made. They hauled off all the excess dirt and old pipe. Post job questions were answered promptly.

Everything went smooth. First they showed me everything with a camera down the line. I was able to see all the tree roots intruding the pipe from all different angles. They went in and removed all roots and blockage straight through to the city sewer line. They showed me with the camera again so i would feel at ease that all the roots were gone. Next they took their time and coated the inside of the line with an a epoxy type spray that completely seals the line from the inside so no roots can enter in the future.

I contacted Sewer hero about a cracked sewer pipe in my sewer system along with many other companies.Mike came out the next day and explained the work that was needed and that permits would be pulled for the work. He took the time to explain in detail what was needed to fix the problem and his estimate was fare compared to all the other companies I had spoken to, I contacted Mike the next day and informed him we would be going with his company. He met with me and signed a contract and told me he would be going to city hall to get a work permit. Once permit was approved Mike and his crew started work next day, large crew of six. He showed me what had to be dug and where. During the work he called me and told me the pipe leading to the house was also cracked after digging out the front and to complete the job they would need to break ground in my basement to attach a whole new pipe to the outside. I asked him the cost and time frame. He assured me it would be done by days end. The price seemed fare for the amount of work that was being done. The next few hours his crew worked non stop and fixed all the pipes that were need of repair, he re cemented the area in my basement, covered all the area that was dug up and completed the job by days end. Mike was very professional and never wavered on cost or concern of completing the job. He stayed until may water tests were done to confirm completion of job. I would use Mike again without hesitation.
