Description of Work: Do not use this plumber, He is completely unprofessional. Last week, I contracted with him to repair a leaking waste pipe at a multi family home I own in Mt. Vernon. I waited all week for him to come to repair the pipe on Saturday. All three sets of tenants were inconveniences all week by not being able to use their kitchen sinks or dishwashers. At 4:45 pm on Friday evening, this plumber canceled on me apparently because he did not like the fact that I am a property manager and able to buy my own fixtures at contractor price. He refused to respond to my pleas to him to at least repair this one problem. His actions clearly show that he is just interested in making money and has no concern for the welfare of his clients. I caution you to give any work to this vendor.

 + -1 moreMR. CARILLI'S ORGANIZATION REPLACED A MAJOR DRAIN PIPE WITHIN MY WALL THAT HAD BROKEN. THIS PIPE ALSO HAD A PROTRUDING CAP OUTSIDE THE WALL WHICH WAS REPLACED WITH A NON-PROTRUDING CAP. WORK WAS EXCELLENT. STAFF IS ORGANIZED, CLEAN AND FAST.
Description of Work: AN INTERIOR WALL DRAINAGE PIPE BROKE WITHIN MY WALL AND IT'S LEAKING CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY FLOORS.
