I did use them a long time ago to repair a roof on my 1000 square foot ranch home. They charged a high price and had it done in about two days. However, the quote for this roof was not what I was looking to spend at all. Like I said, they are not cheap. They came back at us with a $15000 quote. I really was not trying to get a new roof as I just wanted things patched up a little. Well, we did not go with them because of the pricing.

They are extremely pleasant to deal with, which was refreshing. There is one small issue outstanding, but from the experience I've had I'm sure they'll resolve the issue.

The company was very easy to deal with. They coordinated the estimate visit with me as I now live in Florida. Very professional. I was given a written estimate with pictures of what was damaged. They even started AND FINISHED the work earlier then quoted. I would use them again. Other companies had tried to rip me off by stating there were too many layers of shingles and needed a new roof or that the windows needed to be removed and flashed, knowing that I was not in NY. Cumberland repaired the damage honestly and did quality work.

WE HAD TO HAVE OUR ROOF REPLACE BY THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE LOW PRICES AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL AS WELL.

THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY NICE JOB REPLACING PARTIAL PIECES TO THE ROOF. NOW YOU CAN NOT EVEN TELL WHERE THE MISSING PIECES WERE LOCATED. THEY KIND OF CHARGED A LOT THOUGH.

THIS COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON MY HOME. THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE ROOF IN THREE DAYS. THE WORKERS WERE DEPENDABLE, PLUS THE PRICE FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT WAS REASONABLE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY FURTHER LEAKS IN MY ROOF. THEY FINISHED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ROOFING NEEDS.

WE USED CUMBERLAND BECAUSE THEY ARE WELL KNOWN IN THIS AREA. THE WORKERS ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. PLUS THEY ARE WELL ORGANIZED.
