Comstock Dev (Eric Abraham) built our home about 10 years ago. We moved into the house about 3 years ago. This past Fall we hired Eric for the mudroom and dormer projects. They did a great job, completed it on time, within the agreed upon budget, and with excellent professional quality and craftsmanship. Eric is great to work with, very professional and easy to work with. Vlad, the foreman, is an excellent carpenter and knows his craft (buildling). Lastly, the few issues we had they agreed to fix, no problem. Comstock is not the cheapest game in town but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: 1) Redo our mudroom which included ripping out old cabinets and installing new ones, adding a pocket door, custom carpentry (saddle, bench, shelves, etc.), and adding a window, painting. 2) Adding a dormer to a bedroom, moving some walls, insulation, and painting.
