BREWSTER POOLS

FROM DEALING WITH LARRY THIS PAST WEEK I HAQVE LEARNED ONE THING HE CANT !!!! CANT !!! BE TRUSTED He lied about damage to a product that was in need of being replaced, then when I was not happy with his service, I told him forget it I would find someone else... He then kept my parts claiming he didn't know where they were after 8 text messages and 4 phone calls we still didn't have the power cord that I needed for my motor I finally had to call the police and then by phone he told the woman robin where it could be found, I came home to another repair company here where they then asked where was my pump filter ect....I then again called the Brewster pools and spoke with Robin and she said she had to call Larry ( knowing he was there by the way she was talking on the phone , she was going to call me back with where my items were.... 5 mins later she called back saying Larry dropped all your items into a box they are in the parking lot .... to when we got there he still had other parts he was holding on to inside the store and my husband had to confront him asking where are the rest of the parts, Larry's reply was what are you talking about what parts ??? my husband replied the pump ! ! ! Larry went down to his basement and got the pump and came upstairs with it and held it out and said OH ? THIS ??? THIS IS HOW A MAN CONDUCTS BUSINESS ?????????? NEVER AGAIN THERE HAS TO BE OTHER POOL COMPANIES OUT THERE IN MY AREA .... I HAVE NEVER NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE LIKE HIM HOW DO YOU KEEP A PERSON PROPERTY? SAY YOU DONT HAVE IT THEN ONCE IM ON THE PHONE WITH THE COPS YOU KNOW THEN NOT EVEN GIVE ME ALL OF MY ITEMS ACT LIKE YOU DIDNT KNOW NOT 1 OR 2 BUT 4 TIMES TO WHERE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING BAD BAD BUSINESS SMARTS TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT HOW WOULD YOU DO THAT TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER

They were fine. One thing got broken and they didn't offer to fix it. It was a piece of machinery and they left it to us to fix so we decided to stop using them. Their price is higher than the person that we are using now.

Brewster Pools came right out as soon as they said they would. I give them top grades in all of the categories. They are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The man who came was very polite and courteous. They have a very fair price.
