Description of Work: Bill Bottge prepared the site for the newly constructed home I've now lived in for a year. He re-graded the property to minimize water issues, and I've had no problem with leakages in the house. He designed and installed a water catchment system for me to re-use rain water to water my extensive gardens. The system works wonderfully, and helped me nurture my new landscaping in the drought of last summer. He designed and installed my new septic system to comply with the needs of my size house, and legal requirements. He applied the asphalt undercoat for my driveway, and recommended the subcontractor who installed small stones with hot oil over the asphalt. Through all of this work, Bill Bottge was courteous, an attentive listener, and exceedingly fair and honest in his business dealings. Bill does what he promises, and more. Now that I've lived with his work for a year, I can say it truly exceeds my expectations. Bill Bottge really knows what he is doing, and is a true pleasure to work with.
