The guys were very professional and punctual. They did the service like expected. The only point I would like to make in terms of suggestions- if they can wear protective booties. One of the stains from carpet is very hard to get rid of.

I got Best Pest Control's number from three different friends. When I realized how many Yellowjackets there were, I called. Andrew answered right away. When i told him that today was my only day off, he made time for me. Not only did he make time, he arrived no less than 45 minutes after I had spoken with him. He took a look, told me what needed to be done and gave me a price. He then suited up ( yes, there were so many he had to use the suit) and treated the nest right then and there. He came inside and covered some spaces in my door frame to make sure that none of the bees could come inside. Included in the price are return visits if necessary. I am to call him in a week if they are still there, but to call him sooner if any get in the house. He was efficient, and knowledgable. He not only explained the treatment and how it works, he also explained the Yellowjackets and how they work as well. He took the time to explain everything (even though it was cutting into his lunch hour). I would absolutely call him again and I would highly recommend him. He's an nice guy, who knows his stuff and is good at what he does. He won't try and push a service plan or treatment that you don't need. I feel the price was fair, and quite frankly, worth every penny!

I called Best Pest Control at 6pm on Sunday evening 9/4/16 (Labor Day Weekend) after I tried to call other pest control outfits listed on Angie's list. All were closed and not taking messages. Luckily, I got Andrew Galasso on the phone. he was in Pound Ridge at the time, easily 40 miles away from me. Not only did he show up, with his son, before dark at 7 pm, they eliminated the problem quickly and efficiently. I REPEAT, THIS WAS ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Best is a completely professional organization. Andrew provided me with a list of the EPA approved, plant based insecticides that he used. The bill included I follow up visit and so far, eight days later, there are no more hornets. I asked Andrew as I was paying my bill if the rate he charged was a holiday weekend rate. He said no, it was his normal rate for such a job. I was in spot with hornets swarming around my house all afternoon. I didn't know when they would bust through an interior wall. It is great to know there are organizations like Best Pest Control which, not only don't gauge their customers, THEY SHOW UP WHEN YOU NEED THEM! I would and will recommend them to anyone w/the same problem.

The wood on our deck had many holes that I suspected were due to carpenter bees or carpenter ants. When I called Andrew he was in the middle of a job and asked me to call his wife to schedule an appointment. She scheduled the appointment for the next day (Saturday) -- important to me since I'm not at home during the week. Andrew showed up promptly (with one of his sons), diagnosed the problem as carpenter bees, explained that he would use plant oils as a treatment and that he would return if necessary any time within the next month at no extra charge. I agreed to his price, which I considered reasonable (though no comparisons). They set to work and wound up dealing with a hornet's nest as well as the bees. Assuming the bees are actually gone, I'll consider this a completely satisfactory experience.

Excellent! Called and Andrew was at our home in just a few hours. He was punctual, which is greatly appreciated, and polite. He provided insurance and license information and then got to work. After a visit to the attic where it was determined he could not access the nest, Andrew treated our bee issue from the outside. He sprayed and then left a powdery residue. We are very pleased to be rid of our yellow jacket issue! Thank you Andrew!!!

Traps and poison were set out. Rodents were discovered but wildlife is not covered by this service. Our problems were from flying squirrels.

It was a positive experience. They were timely in getting back to me to schedule. They were courteous and helpful with advice to not only get rid of the pests for now but prevent them from returning.

I called Best Pest control this afternoon to see if they could take care of bees nesting behind our house siding. Andrew was able to come within a few hours. I was impressed with the speed of his response and liked that he used plant-based spray. He also told us that if we continued to see bee activity after this visit he would make another visit to respray the nest at no extra charge.

Andrew and his son both came to our home on two separate occasions. Once for the initial visit and then for the included follow-up visit to remove any mice that were caught. They were both professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. On the follow-up visit, Andrew gave me tips in case I wanted to have my husband continue the prevention plan instead of paying for a service contract. I find this admirable and honest and will certainly be calling Best Pest again if we need any help in this area.

We were days away from taking possession of a rental property that had a mouse infestion. Andrew, a provider we have never used before, was very understanding of the stress and concern this was causing our family. He came a day after we spoke and remains determined to make the dwelling rodent free.

Both visits went very well. I learned A LOT from them about prevention and how to fill holes/gaps to avoid mice getting in. Really glad we had them out and will definitely use in the future if we have any other issues.

I worked with Best Pest Control's owner Andrew, as well as his son Scott. We are new to our home, so this is our first experience with pest control on this property. I knew we had mice getting in, but I didn't know how they were entering or how bad the problem was. I purchased an Angie's List deal for $199 that included an initial assessment and follow-up. Andrew came first, in order to assess the problem. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. He identified several potential areas of concern where mice could be getting in, as well as some hazardous poison that had been left behind in an unsafe way by previous owners. He set traps and advised me to follow up with is son Scott, who could come seal up the house and clean out the areas where the mice had been living. Scott then came to give me a quote. He was very prompt, and we set a date and got the work done very quickly. He was professional and thorough. Andrew and Scott both came back again today to check the traps and see if anything needed follow-up. I'm continuing to work with them to assess one other area of concern for pest entry on the property, so our work is still ongoing, but I'm very satisfied so far. I would definitely recommend Best Pest Control.

He did a good job. Andrew did what he said he was going to do. I am to contact him again in 10 days. I did feel that the cost for the glue traps in was high. The ant treatment seems to be working well.

Andrew was no doubt an expert in this field of rodent control. He was very professional and polite! He came the house right on time, (No waiting!) and set various types of traps in the areas where the mice were found inside the house. He was also made sure he did not set traps where my wife may see them! Andrew also suggested ways to stop the mice from entering the house in the future. On the follow up appointment, his worker came to the house, again, right on time! He was professional, incredibly polite and thorough! He checked and reset each trap. On this follow up visit, I asked for them to remove a large mouse nest outside the house. He came with all the right equipment and cleaned the entire area. He also plugged all holes so the mice would not enter the house. Incredible service! I highly recommend them!

Prompt response, curteous on phone and in person, effective results

Andrew sold us exactly what we needed for our situation. He was one of three providers we called, other two providers wanted to sell Us hundreds to thousands of dollars of services. He was quick, fair and honest, can't ask for more than that.

The father and son team arrived promptly. They were outstanding! They were professional and courteous! Within 2 weeks, the carpenter ants were gone. Should there be any future pest issues I will be contacting them again! I have already told friends and family about Best Pest Control.

Best Pest team was very accommodating. I had purchased an Angie's deal over a year ago that I let expire. I contacted a couple months ago to see about applying the value to another Angie's deal they had and there was no problem. Andrew and Scott were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Scott performed a couple follow ups to check traps and remove any catches. Glad to say we haven't really seen any activity since this work was performed.

I showed them the general area of the activity where I suspected the ants were entering the living space.They sprayed an organic plant based product and used the fog machine in all possible access areas. I have a finished basement so access was limited. They also covered the perimeters. I was disappointed that they didn't find the nest but Andrew's son told me that often within two weeks I'd see increased activity as the remaining ants exit the nest. He sad if there was still activity after two weeks they would come back. Sure enough just under two weeks later on a rainy, humid evening (fortunately I was home) about 25-30 ants came out in the space of less than 45 minutes. After that no more ants so I deem their treatment successful. I thought the price was high for one treatment but what I did like is they told me they don't push the regular maintenance contracts like their competitors often do. They come and eliminate the problem which is what they did. I recommend them and if need arises I won't hesitate to call them again..

I left a message for Best Pest Control on Monday and received a call Tuesday morning. After discussing the issue with Andrew, he knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a price. We scheduled a time on that Wednesday between 10am - 1pm. His son was there exactly at 10. He surveyed the situation, informed what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Then went about fumigating. He was informative about the issue. They were on time, informative and thorough. They also informed me that if I see the wasps within the next 7 days, they would come back and re spray for free. I would totally use them again. They are great at handling any pests (except for humans)... They should work on that!

He was on time and i ran to the store and actually had him waiting a couple of minutes. I showed him where the activity was taking place outside and he came into the house and put cardboard onto the wall before he made a hole in it in case the wall breaks due to it being moist from the nest. Then he sprayed an organic pesticide made with peppermint oils then the dust for them to spread throughout the nest and he sprayed any other opening i showed him from outside. He told me to give it a week and if there is any activity he will come back and spray again. The very next day i did not see 1 bee fly in or out of that hole. And a week later after watching i couldn't find 1! Definitely would hire again!

I left a message in the morning for help dealing with an ant problem in the kitchen that I was unable to control myself using natural home remedies. Andrew Sr. called back quickly and offered to come the same day to treat the problem. He came with his son and they were courteous, professional and patiently answered my many, many questions about the product they were using. I had explained to Andrew on the phone that I was concerned about using sprays since I have young children and he explained that he had a natural spray to use that was just as effective as the chemical sprays, and then arrived at my house with a copy of the ingredients for me to review. He was also very careful to explain that he would only spray in the unfinished areas of the house (and not in our living space), with the goal of getting the spray behind the walls and under the floor, where the ants were entering from the foundation. He also was able to successfully treat the issue while avoiding spraying the kitchen near any food preparation areas (he sprayed behind the wall from under the sink and outside the house behind the kitchen wall). I know their service is guaranteed for 30 days, but I already tell that it is working as there were no ants this morning!! I really appreciated Andrew and Andrew's professionalism and would absolutely use their services again in the future!
