Work was done very well and very happy

I called best pest control and within 15 minutes he was at my house. He used all natural products and so far so good. I was told to give it a week and if I see anything to just give him and he would come back. He also left me the spec. sheet on the chemicals that he applied.

Mr. Galasso placed traps in a systematic manner throughout our home where mice could get in. He was prompt and responsive to my call.

They were ok. I haven't seen anymore mice, but it was spring when they finished. He came three times, December, January and February.

I called Andrew on 2 different occasion and was very happy both time. The first time was for the removal of carpenter bees. He gave me an idea of how much it would cost over the phone and then gave me an exact price before any work was done. He did an excellent job of spraying and explained in detail what he was doing. I was fully satisfied with the results. Because of my satisfaction with the first call, I had a problem with digger wasps in my lawn. I called him again and he came within a couple of hours. He again told me the cost up front and explained what he was doing and what precautions needed to be take afterwards (don't let the dogs go into the area for 48 hours). I was again very pleased with Andrew and his work. I would not hesitate to call him again if needed.

So far, no more carpenter bees flying around!

There has been no recurrence of bedbugs, so the treatment was a total success.

When it came to choosing a pest control company, I decided to go with a smaller one where the owner does the work, rather than a big one where an employee/ technician is sent, on the theory that the owner cares more that the work is done properly. My choice of Best Pest Control paid off! The owner Andrew Galasso and his son came soon after I decided to use them and did an excellent and thorough job of treating my bedroom, the only place in my home where a scent dog found bedbugs. As a precaution they also put strips into my closet, even though there were no bedbugs detected there, and they encased my mattresses (cost of strips and encasement materials was in addition to extermination price quoted below). The bedroom was sealed for a few days, the closet for two weeks. Andrew and his son worked in a very professional manner, wcere very careful and respectful of my furniture and things in the bedroom and Andrew came back after two weeks to remove the strips from the closet. Now, 6 weeks later, no bedbugs, success!!! Needless to say, I am thrilled and would very highly recommend Best Pest Control. I also equally highly recommend Top Dog Scent Detection Services for the wonderful dog and its owner who performed the detection. The whole process of exterminating the bedbugs was far less onerous than I had expected it to be.

He came promptly and put out bait stations keeping our dogs safety in mind. He returned to inspect as promised, and came again at no charge when we had a concern about a possible problem.

Andrew arrived early, took the time to walk around the property, explain the risks with the treatment, and offer an inspection prior to actually doing the work to ensure there was an actual problem. He swiftly addressed the issues, and offered additional guidance on how to manage. Andrew was highly professional and straightforward in his workmanlike approach. Would definitely consider hiring him again for the service.

Spray worked very well. Waiting for warmer weather this week to see if the bees return. If so, Best Pests guarantees to return with a second spray. Guarantee alone is worth the money. Planning to use Best Pests pro-actively next spring.

Andrew and team worked quickly and efficiently. And best of all, successfully. Definitely worth the money. We had a minor scheduling issue, but once we called, they came immediately and were overall very professional. We will definitely use their services again if needed.

The service was really good and it really helped.

I found an ant nest in a house I was moving into and it needed to be addressed immediately. Andrew was fantastic, he came right away and solved the problem in the same day. I wold definitely call him again for insect or rodent issues.

I had a severe problem with enormous nests both in back of my house and all over the front porch. So bad, they were getting into my house by, what seemed, the hundreds. I called Best Pest right away as they came highly recommended by a good friend, and got the very knowledgeable (and funny) Colleen on the phone. She assured me that Andrew would get there within 24 hours to assess and take care of the situation. He showed up the very next day, took a good look at the problem, assessed it, explained to me how he would handle it, what products he would be using, etc. He was very efficient and put my mind at ease. After his visit, I didn't see a single bee and was very grateful. I've got the Best Pest business card right on my fridge, ready to call if I need another service. I also took a few extra cards from Andrew to pass out to my friends should they need a pest control service.

I called the office and spoke to the lovely - and funny - Colleen who put my mind at ease right away and told me she'd send Andrew out. He arrived the very next day, as promised, was knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. This is a family run business and they all work very hard at what they do, in every department, and I was extremely pleased. I'd definitely call them again should an issue arise (like the bees that seem to keep making new nests every summer!) and I will definitely be referring them to friends and family in the area. Andrew came out and set up traps and gave me an idea where he thought the biggest entry points were. After that, I decided to hire his son, Scott, to come out and fix the holes, clean the crawl space and replace the insulation that the mice had destroyed. Both of them were very clear that they can't guarantee that the mice could be completely stopped, especially in an older home, but it's now been over 2 months and I have not caught a single mouse in a trap since. Before the work, I was catching a dozen every week or two. We couldn't be happier with the work they did, and would definitely hire them again in the future.

Not well, Mice are still there. I was misled. They told me I can pay the 200 and then have a maintanence agreement which they changed there mind on and said I could not have it anymore. Would not return phone calls or messages.

Will still have rodents. All of the traps are still empty.

We had some mice in our attic and walls. We hired another exterminator to come out and he said he laid traps. After 2 weeks we still had problems so I called Best Pest. They were able to come out the next day. I walked around with him and he filled up all the bait traps. I could clearly see that the other company had not even put bait in the traps like they said they did. He laid sticky traps in the garage and attic. Haven't had any issues since! very professional, courteous, and quick. I would hire again

Excellent service. Andrew and his son came to the house right on time. They sprayed the infected areas including a full perimeter application. Andrew also sprayed inside in specific areas where the ants were found. Within a week after the spraying, we saw ants reappear in the affected areas. Andrew came right back and sprayed the areas again with no additional charge! Great service. Highly recommended! So far, only a couple of dead ants were found! Andrew did discover several areas of wood rot that needed immediate attention!

I was so very impressed by Andrew from the moment I called from my nervous state of having to deal with these potential pests. He came over within a few hours to review my property and with very in-depth knowledge and 30 years of experience was able to lay out a plan for my home and garden areas. I have bees so I have to be very careful about the maintenance systems I use. He was able to provide me with excellent service and systems that will keep my property safe for years to come. I hadn't realized how worried I was about potential problems until he solved them for me. I like having people that you know and trust in my home so this was a real find.
