called on a Saturday morning. Andrew was so nice an accommodating. Even though he was not in my area, we arrived within an hour or so. Was extremely knowledgeable, set several baits and carefully sprayed, ensuring my cats would not be harmed by following his simple directions. Aunts were gone almost immediately, just as I was told. Before he left, he told me to call if I had any further problems, and he would be happy to resolve them. Andrew kept his word, as over a month later, the ants were back. Again Andrew was back immediately and I haven’t had any problems since. Not only was he knowledgeable, and personable.... but he was Honest, reliable and most reasonably priced of all the other calls I made prior to calling Best Pest Control. No high pressure sales. Overall excellent service. Andrew was responsive, knowledgeable, honest and practical in solving our problem with mice. So many other companies exaggerate the problem and customers pay more than they should. Andrew will quickly identify and solve the issue at a very reasonable price. His staff is great, also, and very easy to coordinate scheduling. Would highly recommend! They are the "BEST".

Andrew was able to come same-day and evaluate the situation. He explained what he would recommend to treat and also evaluated the house for an ongoing remediation plan. The yellow jacket treatment took about 45min and so far has been effective. It came with a 60 day re-treatment guarantee. I am currently weighing the need for an ongoing pest plan.

Andrew and his son, Scott, were wonderful! Scott did the preliminary inspection and found evidence of bed bugs. The actual service was done a few days later. They answered all of my questions and explained what was being done. I also have peace of mind knowing that if I experience bites again within 60 days, they will come back and retreat at no cost to me. Andrew was great: followed up right away after my inquiry and recommended a plan of action for rodents that are entering through our garage. He really seems to know what works and what doesn't. His is the first pest control company we've hired that we feel has given us honest answers!

Andrew was great, the same day I called he came out after I got home from work. He determined the source of bee activity I had in my roof soffet, and it turned out to be a nest. He was able to remove about 300 bees and treated the area. It's been about a week later and they haven't returned. Thank you!

We called Best Pest because we had some alarming wasp activity in two different places under the eaves of our siding. We left a message about 10 AM and Andy called back within an hour or so. He told us he'd be there between 2 PM and 5 PM, and he was true to his word. He explained to us clearly what needed to be done, then suited up. After spraying into the locations, he said he would come back at no additional charge within a week if there was additional activity at those locations. There was also a 30-day guarantee on work. It has been two days and it seems that everything is resolved and all the critters seem to have been dispatched. We appreciated the quick and effective service. I will definitely call Andy again in the future if needed.

They are great. I am very cautious about spraying property because of chemicals harming wildlife and Andrew always is careful and precise with spraying. He knows what to do when. Also gave advice on how to make our house and shed less attractive to carpenter ants. Great company. Colleen, Andrew’s wife and office manager, is very responsive. We are in the woods so nests of house-eating pests can pop up fast and Best Pest comes right away. We have been customers for many years — more than a decade — and we give Best Pest and A+ rating. We noticed yellow jackets going behind our siding in one place this afternoon. After reading reviews it seemed we should phone a local company so we called Andrew at Best Pest Control. He returned our call within an hour..that never happens. He was 9 minutes away so he came right over. After checking inside the house he sprayed outside where the bees were swarming. He checked under the deck and said that he feels he got the little pests! If not, there is a 30 day guarantee that I see others have used and he honored so that is comforting. Only time will tell if they die or not as he only left a few minutes ago. We are pleased with his service and professionalism. Thank you, Andrew. We didn't compare costs of other providers.

Andrew was very responsive, came on a weekend, and had a lot of knowledge of insect and rodent issues. I could tell that he wanted to charge us a reasonable amount and would not recommend expensive services we did not need. A nationwide company came and told us we needed $1,500+ in termite and ant spraying, when we don't have any termites. Highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew answered my initial call immediately and a few hours later was at my house. He removed a wasp nest under the roof on the second floor and took care of two ant nests inside and outside the house. Upon my request he used only environmentally friendly sprays. He is knowledgable, fair and does not charge for false warnings: we noticed another nest but Andrew said it's dead and no need to take care of it. Overall I am happy that I called Andrew first - his rapid and on target response was exactly what my house needed.

While the price quoted was higher than their competitors, I feel like they offered and gave me the most comprehensive service. The other pros were only proposing bait stations as a kill the colony approach. Best Pest went in and tore out some of the affected wood, sprayed other affected wood, and sprayed foam into the wood. In addition, they pumped chemicals into the ground (including through concrete and under brick) and also installed bait stations for ongoing maintenance. They are a multiple generation family business, who appears to take real pride in their work. I felt they offered and delivered the most comprehensive treatment rather than cutting corners.

Both nests eliminated in a very professional manner.

Andrew came by explained the reason for the mice laid traps down all over. Came back for a follow up. If needed will definitely call Andrew again.

Quick and effective. We were told that it would take a day or two to notice the disappearance of yellow jackets, and if after a week bees remained we should call for a repeat treatment. We never saw another bee after a few days, problem solved in one visit.
