Description of Work: They have had to come a couple of times for bees. They were responsive. I have used them before as well. They do a decent job. They can be pricey but they are timely and responsive.

Description of Work: Andrew was quick to respond, punctual, professional. He immediately recognized that we had bumble bees & not carpenter bees. He very thoroughly searched for where they had their nest (unusual to have them in a house), and used organic oils & powders to eradicate the problem. He said, "If they show up within the next 2 weeks, call & I'll come back and make sure they are gone; at no additional charge." We haven't seem them since. Good work Andrew! |RA

Description of Work: The owner, Andrew Galasso, came with one of his sons. Sprayed for carpenter ants where I had seen saw dust and in a damp area where I had seen ants. Treated the window where I had the problem and from the basement immediately below the window. Did visual inspection. Advised against external treatment at this time since no ants were seen on the walls before or immediately after treatment. Advised against treating for carpenter bees before they became active again as the residual wouldn't last long enough to be effective. Appeared to be honest and frank, recommending only treatments that were truly needed and not adding on extras. Used ecofriendly chemicals and left information for those used.

Description of Work: Visual Inspection. Quoted me to do work, but suggested I wait until spring. Overall good experiance, however price was alittle high for me.

Description of Work: They sprayed my house for carpenter bees before I had it re-painted. I had a tight schedule and they responded immediately. I am not rating the quality of thee work simply because it is invisible, but the painters said it seemed fine.

Description of Work: All summer we had a problem with sugar ants. Finally called Best Pest Control. They returned our call right away. When they came out, we realized that we had a mouse in the basement. They took care of the ant problem and the mouse. We dealt with both the owner and his son. Both were professional and explained everything they did. Would not hesitate to use them again. Great job.

Description of Work: Contacted Best Pest to get advice regarding winged ant troubles. He was finishing a job in the area and was here within the hour. He was very respectful of my questions and concerns. Was able to treat area right away. Used botanical based treatments which I like.

Description of Work: They provided pest control to eradicate sugar ants. They needed to come back a second time. The person doing the job was polite and informative and I would have given them an A but for the fact of needing two treatments

Description of Work: At the first visit, they placed traps in attic and garage. We were hearing scratching sounds in attic at night. At their second visit, they rebaited traps after catching 2 bats in attic. We were very pleased and will call them again.
