Best Pest gets an A++ for responsiveness. We had some trouble scheduling the initial visit since our toddler was advised to be out of the house after the service call was complete. (The product used is primarily organic but the odor can be intense so it was best to not be home for a few hours.) We had to cancel/reschedule through flu season, school schedule and that freak snowstorm! Colleen stuck with us though and we finally nailed down a date.

They were incredibly friendly and very professional. I am very happy so far. Best was very professional. They called right away and scheduled an appoint for the next day. I was told they would be here at 10 am and they were right on time. The young man who was here set a ton of traps and bait. He will be back in about another week to make sure the problem is being taken care of. i am very happy so far in their service and would definitely recommend them.

They were certainly prompt and courteous, but it didn't take care of the ant problem. I would have had to pay for another treatment out of pocket, and I chose not to go that route since it didn't work the first time.

The provider was prompt and professional. Services were as described and there was special attention given to problem areas.

Went very well. Most mice were gone after one day. We saw 1 straggler the day before they were to return to pick up the traps. They set a few more traps and there's been no sign of anything since.

The service was exceptional, from setting up the appointment through completion. The date had to be changed due to unexpected snow. No problem.

Unhappy. They quickly sprayed the house, but the ants came back within 24hrs. During the follow up call, they were highly unprofessional, and it took various phone calls to finally get our money back. It turns out that we weren't the only customers who weren't happy. They said everyone was calling them back, saying that the ants were back. Looks as if there poison is not effective and they're guarantee is not included in the original charge.

Best Pest came quickly and went above and beyond to solve our problem. They were honest and straightforward. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Very easy to reach Andrew Galasso and make an appointment within the next few days. He was prompt, explained the service well, and performed the service quickly, although it's too soon to tell if the treatment was effective: I won't know until the warmer weather arrives. However, I was very pleased with the service received from Best Pest, the special-offer pricing via Angie's LIst, and Andrew's particular care not to track dirt into the house!

I was satified with the results as I have not noticed any mice activity since their last visit.

I was very pleased with this company. The owner came out for the follow-up visit today. He was very nice, even vacuumed out the space behind the kitchen cabinets where our friends were entering. He also used a piece of scrap metal he had and screwed it over a large space where they were getting in. That was a very much appreciated "extra" that he didn't have to do. I will certainly call Best Pest Control Service again!

It was the first time I had used them. They left bait traps and did a great job. They went above and beyond and provided me a written report with pictures. I would use them again.

This is an owner-operated business. They are highly experienced and professional, and were careful to follow up with a second visit, included in the initial price. The scheduler called us promptly; we were called again on the day of the visit, and the owner arrived on time. He discussed the source of our problem with us, and appropriate methods were used for our house (since we have pets). Our problem was solved, and we will definitely used them in the future.

The company called me to schedule service after I purchased Big Deal. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional, he placed traps and poison in problem areas and installed a metal sheet to control mice entry into the house.

Best Pest was punctual, courteous and performed the service as described. The fee paid was for two visits. The first was to identify the problem spaces where mice were entering and to lay out glue traps and bait boxes. They were considerate of not placing the bait and traps where my dogs could reach them. I was surprised how many mice were caught - the problem was worse than I expected! In the second visit they removed the dead mice and rebaited the boxes. The rep showed me where the mice were more active and repositioned some of the boxes accordingly. I would recommend and use this service again.

Responded immediately, came the same day I called. Quickly assessed the situation and put down traps. Very conscientious about the placement of traps since we have a small dog. Although the follow-up was scheduled for two weeks later, assured me they would respond earlier if I found traps filled. They provided exactly what was advertised. I have not seen rodents in my house since and will probably take the six-month maintenance contract they offered at a very reasonable price.

Making the appointment went smooth. Actually, they called me to schedule an appointment after purchasing a big deal. The staff is very courteous and friendly, making an appointment that worked around my schedule. The technician was prompt, friendly and very patient, answering all of my questions which put me at ease as I am terrified of rodents. He placed the traps in various parts of the house and stated that he would come and check/remove the m in around a week. True to his word, the appointment was made today, and he will return tomorrow for follow-up.

Everything went as well as could be expected for an unpleasant situation (rodents). Be certain to ask in advance as to the products. I did not want to use glue traps which cause a long and painful death.

Owner sent his son who arrived before the scheduled time, while only my wife was around (working from home). I did not receive a call to let me know he was there and when I got there he was already gone. He did not inform my wife exactly what he had done. I found that he had sloppily set up some glue traps (without any additional bait) in the attic and the basement. 1. Glue traps are super cruel and not at all what I expected a professional to use. 2. The traps did not catch the opossum and also did not catch any rodent whatsoever. In fact some rodent left fur, blood and feces on one of the traps. 3. One of the traps in the basement got blown over easily and stuck to my floor. Had to scrape a LOT to get it removed. I eventually caught the opossum myself with a trusty havahart trap and some sticky bread with honey. I did not bother to schedule a 2nd visit although I already paid for it. I don't need junior maiming any more animals and messing my floor when I can catch the pests more successfully myself. I will comment that the owner was nice enough over the phone when I set up the initial appointment, but I am totally disappointed with the execution and lack of professionalism.

They were very nice. The only thing I found in the past is that, they were not able to get rid of ants, which several companies have been unsuccessful in. They did a very good job on carpenter ants and carpenter bees. They were only not successful with the ants. They were reasonably priced and they are always ready to come back if there are any issues. I will continue to use them in the future.

They have come several summers as I have a recurring problem. I find pest control prices to be really outrageous. I think paying $400 to spray my house for 5 minutes is insane. This year I chose to live with the bees and I think that is the standard price. I do recognize that they get rid of the bees and there is a 30-60 day guarantee and if they reoccur they come back and spray. I think that is great and they have to make a living but I just feel they are outrageous. They do the job and I have hired them several times. They took care of the problem when I recognized it and price is something the market would bear. I use people because I really researched them and I am expecting a service and they do it for me.

I have a monthly plan with them. They are very personable. They do the best job I've ever had. If I have any problems they will come back over at no additional charge.
