Andrew arrived promptly and gave a thorough examination of both nests. The wasp's nest was obviously going to be very difficult to access due to it being between the siding of our home, reaching deep into the drywall. He immediately got to work administering organic smoke and powder to terminate both nests. He was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to call on his services again.

Andrew Galasso, the owner, asked me a number of questions during our initial phone conversation, carefully sizing up the problem at hand, before he even arrived. He quoted his price for the job, as well as the price for removing the bee's nest in approximately two weeks' time. Andrew arrived in the time frame he alotted, worked professionally, capably, and safely as he exterminated, with eco-friendly chemicals, the unwelcome occupants in our wall that were preparing to enter through to our living room. He clearly explained his process every step of the way and graciously answered my questions. My husband was proud of me for appropriating the services of a professional exterminator who could get the job done right and expeditiously, and we thank Andrew and Best Pest Control for a job well done. No one wants to have to deal with unwelcome pests, but it is comforting to know that we can contact Best Pest Control to expertly handle the situation if the need ever arises.

They sprayed attic & near fireplace where I noticed stink bugs. I still saw stink bugs so I Called for free 2nd treatment(spraying). I still had stink bugs subsequently, but it's my understanding stink bugs are just really hard to rid of. I sdidnt bother calling for anymore free follow ups but the company was very nice & professional- they communicated very well which for me is a huge plus.

two visits, set some traps, did not catch a single one, probably got some with the poison. Bedside manner a little rough.

It probably helped but I really didn't pay much attention to it. They came when they said they were going to come and they spent about 20 minutes to half an hour. They explained what they were doing to me. That was good. I don't know if the results were good or bad because we didn't pay much attention to it. If I had a problem I would call them.

Andrew and his son Andrew arrived promptly the day after I called......Both of the men began by spraying into the holes in my closet and also used a blower......They covered the wall and taped it so nothing could enter through the closet......They also found where the hornets were entering and got up on an outside ladder and sprayed into the opening......The bugs were flying in and out and I was told to watch the opening......Whether there were any bugs or not I am going to call them on Thurs.,08/29....Andrew said he would come over and check things out on Friday......He also said that if there was additional work to be done before removing the nest.....there was no additional charge and there is a 30 day guarantee from their LAST visit....... Both father and son were lovely gentlemen and were serious about their work besides being quite knowledgable about pest control........ I would definately recommend this company to people and would use them again if I had any future problems.(which I hope I don't)!!!!!! They also accepted my 10% Angie's List coupon!

I called late in the morning, and Mr. Galasso came in a couple of hours. He listened to my descriptions of what I found, which some vendors are too "expert" to do. I had found ants in the exterior wall of my house, around a window. I had removed some of the window molding inside, so he injected his insecticide product into the wall cavity through the gap between the window frame and the wallboard. He made one additional small hole in the wallboard, after first asking my permission to do so. He also went outside and injected insecticide under the siding along the foundation, where the ants were coming in. He also applied a granular insecticide along the base of the foundation, and in the area nearby where the ants were coming from. Upon injecting the insecticide from the interior into the wall, the ants immediately started falling out and dying. When we went outside we found that the ants were already falling out of the siding outside and dying. The next day, there was still ant activity on the ground and foundation, but any ants which entered the treated area succumbed. Activity diminished over the next several days and was virtually none in seven to ten days. Before doing any additional treatment beyond the injection into the wall, he gave me the option to treat just the side of the house where the problem occurred, or to apply the treatment to the entire foundation, at about a 35% higher cost. I opted for the smaller treatment. Mr. Galasso was very friendly and listened to my descriptions of what I observed, and my opinions of what I wanted. I would bring him back again if I have further similar problems.

Andrew found carpenter ants in wood under front door. Pulled out the damaged wood (after asking) and sprayed for the ants. He told me the price to do the exterior of the house ($395). I agreed and he quickly treated the house. He mentioned some minor problems he saw (wood spiders). All very efficient and professional.

The service that they have done have worked pretty well we have not really seen anything since. We're very happy with it.

They came out right away. They did some normal chemical stuff. I was confused because there were some flies that persisted after they left. They did what they said they were going to do.

Purchased a Big deal for Best Pest Control Service Inc. They had come to the house to do a treatment. They were very nice and professional. At first it was okay but we have ants starting to show up again. Thought the treatment would work better than it did.

After an initial no-show after an error on their end, they did show for the next appointment and were friendly as they did their job. We saw a reduction in ants over the next week, though they have since returned. As noted by others, this "deal" isn't that great a deal as follow up treatments are needed to be effective. They used an organic spray which was good with 2 dogs in the house. I suggest reading up on what you need, and get the right service from them rather than jump on a "deal".

he was professional and polite. did not try to sell additional services (something I have seen nearly everyone who gives a deal on angies list does).

Heard a mouse running around in the attic above our bed ad night. They put down sticky traps--didn't catch anything, but no more mouse noise. So whatever they did--problem solved.

This company showed up on time and sprayed my basement and the perimeter of my house with a strong menthol spray. I was not able to see the work performed. Two men came to the house, one sprayed and one talked to me the entire time that the spraying was being done. I indicated that I wanted to treat the area for ants before they emerged and became a problem. At the time that the spraying was done, we had no ants yet. Upon completion of spraying, I was informed that the service was good for 30 days. If I had known that the duration of treatment was for such a short period I would have done it while I had an ant infestation or I wouldn't have done it at all. It was a waste of my time and money since they sprayed even though I had no problem yet with ants. On Saturday, 33 days after they sprayed, I found ants in my kitchen.

Overall good experience. No unnecessary sales pitch which I appreciate.

we found this company via a deal from either groupon or living social, but they didn't cut any corners (as some of these "deals" seem to). it appears to be a family-owned company, and they were responsive, cooperative, congenial, and efficient. we had called for "rodent extermination," and the young man who came was very thorough, and able immediately to pinpoint problems areas. he set traps and then came bk abt 10 days later to check for critters. because this was a "deal," i am not entirely sure how much it actually was, but their prices seem reasonable, and we are going to have them come bk soon and do the carpenter ant eradication. in short, we wd definitely use them again.

Excellent. Showed up within 3 hours of buying the coupon. Explained what he was going to do and got to work. Came back a few days later to get the traps. So easy, very nice.

We got a call from the pest people, but they explained our purchase was for ?dealing with a problem? not prevention. My wife spoke with them, but they seemed to be giving her a slightly hard time (we had bought the ?wrong? thing ?). In the end they came round and put bait in some traps that we already had. They also provided (at extra cost) some new traps. Given this was a purchase through Angie?s List I expected them to be a little more accomodating. I wasn?t thrilled that they made us feel like they were doing us a favor in ?accepting? the promotional offer we had bought, even though we didn?t actually have a mouse problem to deal with. They said they would come back (and they probably did) but I don?t recall getting much communication about this. I just expected a little better customer service/handling. We have not had any rodent issues (but then, it is a prevention task, so I?m not sure how to assess that).

It went well, he was a nice young man and he did a good job, I was pleased with the work. We discovered a few days ago that we were getting more ants. I called the owner today (4/29/2013) his name is Andrew. He could of said something like "There is no gaurentee on the work, but we can come out for $99," but instead he brusk and rude. It's a shame because my grades reflect my experience with the owner, not the son who came out to my home.
