This spring we had both sugar ants and carpenter ants. I was able to get rid of the sugar ants easily with Terro, but the carpenter ants (I think that's what they were) wouldn't go away. It wasn't overwhelming - we started seeing one maybe every day or two, but it eventually got to where we were finding maybe 6-12 every day. So I bought this deal. They called me back within a day or two (within the promised time) and came out within another day or two. He sprayed and we saw a few ants (moving slow) over the next couple of days, but then they stopped and we haven't seen them all summer so far. Would use again.

Andrew was at my home within 24 hours of calling for service. Since it sounded like a large bees nest, i needed someone to respond quickly, and he did. He gave me a very specific estimate on the phone. Once he got here, he understood what needed to be done and completed the job professionally. He guaranteed his work for 30 days. He seemed very honest and trustworthy. I would use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing pest control.

At first it was a bit confusing, bc my husband is not American and the son had come out to the house and did not do a service, he just did an estimate. When I spoke to the father he was shocked that no service was done, and he called his son right away. He was very professional and said he would come out personally the next day to make sure he gave us good service. It was just a language misunderstanding, no fault of theirs. He came to Cortlandt Manor which is a bit far out of their area. I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness with my husband. The problem was eliminated and he said he would come back at no cost if need be. I recommend this company and was very pleased.

We tried everything commercially available to get rid of the small black sugar ants that plagued my kitchen ( Raid spray, bait traps, Ant crystals for the yard outside) but nothing had worked. In desperation we called Best Pest control. They came as promised, explained everything and assured us that there were no dangerous chemicals being used. They used a plant based gel around the kitchen then sprayed my basement and the outside kitchen window. Andrew told us it may take up to 10 days to get rid of the ants and that they could come back 1 more time if the first treatment did not take. But, low and behold, by the next morning...no more ants!!!!!! Well worth the cost!

I have to wait 24-48 hours and check the 2 areas. A follow up visit was included if needed.

Andrew was very responsive and came out very quickly for the first treatment. Scott came out about two weeks later. He was extremely efficient, careful not to damage my garden when spraying, and very knowledgeable. He did an extremely thorough job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It went very well. He was knowledgeable about my problem over the phone and gave me reasonable and accurate estimate. He was on time for the appointment and worked efficiently. He was up front and honest. No BS. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends. I found him on Angie's List and the positive reviews he had there were definitely accurate.

BPCS promptly returned calls to schedule program appointments (prepaid initial visit and followup). Arrived within promised times and conducted rather quick inspections of areas of our concern for signs of mice visitations, etc. Placed glue traps and poison boxes in strategic locations in kitchen, den, garage and basement crawl space. Described further ongoing services available, but no scare tactics nor high-pressure sales pitches, which I appreciated. Time spent at home was about 20 minutes each visit. Had no problems with professionalism, nor services performed, but without knowing competitive rates, it seemed a tad pricey for actual time spent. Would have no problem using BPCS again, though.

Andrew and his son Scott have saved us from a rodent problem that was keeping me from using our basement- including our laundry area. We had extensive issues in our garage and in insulation in our ceiling and now are free and clear of intruders. Andrew baited and placed traps and once we knew they were working, Scott came in and did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning up all the mess that the rodents had left behind, and organized the basement as well. I now no longer fear my basement and garage and know its clean and safe to enter. I wish I could have Scott clean the whole house- it is impeccable and was worth every penny.

Incredibly responsive. Called on Sunday and they were here on Monday. Came during the time window they promised and did the job promptly and professionally. Re-spray offered if the first treatment is not successful. Paid a bit, but the responsiveness and professionalism were worth it.

My husband said it went great. Fully explained what they did. Response was quick and professional.

Came and sprayed initially. Two weeks later ants were seen on decks and he came and sprayed again free of charge, finding the external source and eradicating it. He was honest and fair, honoring the sale price even thought the date was passed for it.

Andrew came out and completed a thorough inspection of our home and made suggestions for treatment. Scheduling with him was convenient and he was on time and as courteous as could be. Andrew went out of his way to review treatment options and went so far as to go in the internet to show us the chemicals that he was using to ensure their safety in our home. This company is small and the owner usually accompanies one other person as they do their work. They are punctual, pleasant and thorough. I took the offer for the special price and it was terrific. Not only did it include the initial work, but they returned about 3 weeks later to evaluate and place more traps for no extra fee. I recommend them highly!! They really are Best!

Best Pest contacted me at purchase but we never scheduled. I had surgery and was in the hospital for some time after purchasing this deal. When I was ready and called to schedule they never returned the call for an appt for rodent control. I am filing for refund

There were obvious places where mice entered, and they did not point them out.

Excellent, professional and punctual service. Andrew did exactly what I needed him to. Great job and would definitely use him again.

They returned and cleaned up the traps and bait holders, and I haven't seen any signs of a return of the rodents.

When they called they asked what the appointment was about, and we were having issues that they do not deal with.

Scott was very efficient and helpful. Returned 2 weeks lafter first visit, and removed/re-baited traps as necessary. Everyone on the team worked to make sure the experience was a good one. I would certainly use them again.
