Description of Work: The Res Com service rep came to my home to give me a quote on a new furnace but I was uneasy with his claims. He believed I needed a new furnace and wanted me to believe that other companies would take advantage of customers by simply changing the furnace label or owner tag, selling a cheap furnace with an expensive name. I guess it backfired as I began to question why Res Com was telling me about a scam that I would never be able to identify, and if maybe their company would do or has done this??? I just wasn't comfortable working with them. I called a different company for a second opinion.
