After many years waiting to do my kitchen the time finally came, we met with lots of contractors but when we met Robert and Natalie we decide to go with them, it just felt right. we met at their showroom a few times before we settle on which materials we wanted. they told us that it was going to take 4 weeks and we are in the last finishing touches. We are very happy with them and their workers, they are very professional and the workers very polite and clean.

well, we decided to hire Royal Kitchen & Bath because the owner was the one who came to do the estimate. the other 2 companies that we received estimates from, send sales person ( one of them very high pressure) which we did not like. Robert (owner) explain to us the process of the project and answered all the question we had. we had a crew of 2 guys from 8am to about 4:30 pm for 7 days just as he had said, the guys were very clean and polite. I would recommend Royal to family and friends with no reservation.

Robert the owner provides an excellent beginning to end experience, making the entire project a breeze, he always showed up on time and was willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. I have had a few things done in my house by several contractors (windows, roof, etc) and I must say it is always a challenge to deal with people when they either show up late or not at all, I was very pleased when finally I got someone who showed up on time through the project. I should end my review by saying the I am very pleased with my kitchen, it looks beautiful the price was reasonable but most importantly it was done timely and stress free, I will highly recommend RJV home improvement to any home owner Pleased customer
