The company came in to clear down about 2 acres of trees on a new property. When santos came and quoted me he said it would take no more then 6 days at the price he gave me per day. He also stated that all lower tree branches (especially dead ones and stump grinding would been done). To my surprise at the end of the 6th day the job was not done. He then quoted me another $5000 to finish the job. At the end of the jobs all but 2 trees that were supposed to come down were down. No branches were trimmed like we discussed and many stumps left behind. It was a headache to have them come back and they did one section of the tree stumps and months later when I texted him stating they are many more stumps that were not touch he says he will stop by and look since his employees were supposed to get everything last time and he is a no show. I would not recommend them at all!! Yes they are cheaper then most but if the work isn't fully finished it will cost more in the long run!!

They did a good job on removing the trees. Unfortunately when they took down one tree, they dropped the large tree on 10 year old rhododendron that my daughter planted for Mother's Day so I lost some good sized shrubs. There was one Japanese maple that I told them they had to protect and they did. I didn't think I had to name the shrubs off. They were good workers and they cleaned up as they said they would.

They arrived and began working immediately. So much work was accomplished in a short period of time. We are happy with the result.

and were kind enough to grind 2 small existing stumps free of charge. They cleaned up virtually all debris before leaving (only criticism- a wheelbarrow or two worth of roots were left behind from my large overturned stump; I think it was just left by accident). I plan on using them for any future tree needs and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I requested estimates on two separate occasions, and both times, Santos (the owner) was on time, professional, and detailed in his work. Several weeks after the second estimate, I hired him to do the work, and they were able to fit me in right away. I have alot of trees on my property, and I was worried that the wrong trees would be cut down or the branches that I asked for to be cut down wouldn't be done. Well, I had no reason to worry. His notes must have been dead on, and the climber must have memorized them because they did everything I asked for to my specifications -- and it was a lot of work to remember. As for the stumps, they ground them all the way down so I will have no trouble growing grass this spring. When they were done they cleaned up and did a pretty good job. I have recommended them to three people within the next few days.
