Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and the work has been solid. They even squeezed us in early.

Their roofers were professional, from start to finish. It ended up costing more than initially anticipated, but with all the unexpected additional work they needed to do, it was not surprising. They even had to replace about a quarter of the wood beneath, due to rot. They did an excellent job, and looks like it will last a very long time.

Unfortunately we end up using another company, (even though their pricing is competitive too). From booking appointment to getting quote the process has been very efficient, and the staffs are extremely friendly and professional. I can not rate their actual roof repair and all that, but my experience with Indus Field Commercial Roofing was good.

Thank goodness I found John. He was between jobs when I called, so he came over immediately. It turns out I need a new vent, but it's not urgent, so he just jerry rigged it to stop the squeaking. And then he charged me almost nothing. This guy has some serious good karma coming his way. I almost can't wait until we need roof work done so I can call him again. Well, maybe that's going a little far. But if we do need any roof repairs, Indus Field Commercial Roofing will be at the top of the list.

Can't say that getting your roof done during shelter in place is fun but these folks made it the best experience possible. From the initial consultation through the final clean-up everyone was friendly, neat, clean, quiet (not the banging part of course), knowledgeable, available, helpful, respectful, easy to communicate with, willing to put up with our countless questions and everything else you could hope for. And really good about showing up on time and leaving just when they said they would with everything as tidy as possible.

I called Mike about another roof years later and he climbed up there, crawled around and told me only half the roof needed replacing, even though no other roofer had ever told me that. We didn't end up buying that house but still had a great experience with Mike. We had our second roof done years later and Indus Field Commercial Roofing did it for a thousand dollars less than the nearest ranking competitor.

I've had only very good, straightforward experiences with Indus Field Commercial Roofing - two roofs on two different houses done perfectly and in little time, for a reasonable price. Reading the other reviews makes me want to say a few things however. They are really pro. Would call and recommend.

Indus Field gave us the roof we wanted. They were reasonably priced and fast. The crew was polite, had good morale. The company was conscientious in addressing problems that came up.

I got many quotes some ended up being double. Reading other reviews this seems random between companies. I think these companies quote hire prices when they get booked up or they are actually doing a slightly different roof repair / system. I strongly suggest you shop around. They did a great job. Not only did they fix our leak but cleared off all roof surfaces.

These guys had the best price, they worked quickly, didn't up charge very much for existing conditions, and the best part of all they worked with me when I had an unexpected cash flow problem and my payment was delayed. I've had the roof for almost two years now and it looks great.
