+ -1 moreThe provider scheduled this appointment one week in advance. However when the 8am appointment time arrived the providers did not. They were a No Call, No Show! After several attempts to reach them via voice and text, 2.5 hours later I still have not received any contact with an explanation of the NO CALL NO SHOW. For a Full Time working Scientist with children whom had to make arrangements to be home for this service I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism Beyond Measure!
Description of Work: The provider was scheduled for 3 hour cleaning service.
