The contractor was willing to go the 'extra mile' to locate materials needed to make garage architecture consistent with existing structures. I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality, punctual, and hassle-free completion of their construction project.

+ 2 moreThe end result was fantastic, however the job took about 6 weeks longer than originally estimated. We live about 200 miles from the site, so it was hard to monitor the work. A couple times we went to the site after having been gone for 2 weeks and very little progress was made. The company had several jobs near by and it appeared they were spread thin. Their workers were very professional and thorough. They cleaned up the area and had great attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Eric and Eric enclosed a 15x20 screened-in porch on our vacation house. Within that new space, they added a master bedroom, a utility room and a 1/2 bath. They also tore down the old master bedroom walls in the existing house to make the living room larger. They also laid a floor in an attic crawl space and added pull down stairs to access the attic area.
