+ -1 moreWe had Ed Hall come to house as an 'approved electrical inspector by Steuben Rural Electric Co-op' (our electricity supplier) to inspect a 11/KW standby generator installed by an electrician before the electric company would re hook up our meter. He arrive @ 1/2 ahead of time (a plus), & actually had to help the electrician on some of the tuffer stuff on the electrical work in hooking the generator up. Excellent & extremely knowledgeable.
