+ -1 moreWell, if your web site says and quot;contact usand quot; you would think they actually want to be contacted. I get it people are busy,I am busy, but a reply email that saysand quot;really busy right now, get back to you next weekand quot; wouldn't take that long. Even if they didn't get the email, its been over a week since I left message. I know I left it at the right number because the voice mail identifies it as and quot;oasis sprinklerand quot;. Again, maybe you are busy, but call or text me back and let me know that. I wouldn't want to do business with a company that is this unprofessional.
Description of Work: I sent an email, asking for a quote on a system. I never got a response. I then called and left a message a week later to see if they got my email. I left my phone and email. I never got a response.

+ -1 moreI have nothing but good things to say about the owner. They are very reasonable priced, professional, and friendly. They are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to others. We referred to three neighbors and my mother-in-law.
Description of Work: They installed our sprinkler system about 5 years ago, and every year since they have opened it in the Spring and closed it Fall.
