Scott and Shane did a great job!

I found Scott Griffin (owner) one of the few business owners I would classify as honest, fair and responsible. He and his workers are conscientious and do outstanding work. When they installed my standby generator they arrived at the assigned installation time and they completed the installation in the time they said they would. After installation of the generator, they cleaned the area and cellar area where they worked. My wife and I are very pleased with their work performance. They gave me instructions on the generator, maintenance and the assigned time for it the generator will exercise each week. I purchase a used RV and a well know RV Dealer told me the generator (Generac) in the RV was "shot" and they offered to remove it a new one for $2000 - $3000. I told them no, picked up the RV and remembered that Griffin Electric sold Generac generators. I called them and they said to bring the RV to them and they'll take a look at it. I dropped the RV at their business and went home. Within one hour Griffin Electric called me and said they started the generator and it works fine. They found a problem with the fuel line between the gas tank and generator! The best money I ever spent!

He's not cheap but he's very, very good at what he does. They're extremely punctual. They come when they say they're going to. Scott is the owner and the boss. He has good people working for him. He's extremely knowledgeable. But the point now is if he charges more money than someone else, that's fine just as long as I know it will be good. I can't really say enough about the gentleman. He's very dependable and extremely erudite in his field. It is very bright compared to the others. I've had energy saving bolts up there that would really take quite a while to warm up. Once they warmed up, they would turn off because they have done a time sequence. This one is an Iodine light and I feel like I'm in the Yankee Stadium. He recommended it and that's good enough for me so that's why he put it up. His price is a little high but like what I said that's will it cost.
