As a professional engineer you quickly learn to truly appreciate hiring contractors who demonstrate the abilities to successful perform in the following three categories 1) assigned crew- provide an experienced Forman capable of efficiently running a project including talented tradespeople to preform the work. 2) quality â produce excellent workmanship focusing on the details of the final product and 3) project controls - complete work on schedule and within budget. Zavza Seal met and exceeded all of these categories. We hired Zavza Seal as an early wedding present to provide new sheetrock and insulation for two rooms in my daughters new house. Zavza Seal has been hired for an insulation project in the attic of my house. The team arrived on time and did an amazing job. The workers were respectful and acted like real professionals. No mess, complete cleanup of the site before leaving. It is also important to point out the management willingness to find with the customer the best way to get the project done, and to do whatever necessary for the customerâ  s satisfaction.

My experience was nothing but great with these guys, from speaking with Ria to setting up an appointment to my consultation with Jake. Jake made sure he explained everything to me and answered every question I had. Thank you so much Zavza seal for making my house feel like a home. No more loud noise and cold draft. Jake and his guys were respectful, friendly, and professional and worked really hard on my insulation project. I'm using them again for my second floor very soon. Wonderful people to work with.

Tibor, Jake and the Zavza team had a very comprehensive detailed plan to deal with the water leaking into my basement. The team showed up on time, were courteous and worked very hard. They addressed the main source of my problem by installing a drywell outside to pull the water away from the house. Inside, they repaired a large crack in the wall and applied the Zavza Seal to my basement's wall and floors. Their layered approach will help keep my basement dry for many years.

Neat work on time .

Had Zavza Seal replace a concrete drive and walkway. They did it quickly and professionally, meeting the town planning board deadline. The realtor managing my property was very satisfied with the finished product and said they were easy to work with in dealing with the tenants.
