The quote came in at less than expected. The inclusion of the listing of all products that would be used and accompanying product literature made the quotation very complete and easy to fully understand. I will be getting one additional quote and expect to have a system installed next spring. Now it is spring and I have not been able to make any contact with the company. I've had no response to phone calls or emails. ?

The Tech was a nice guy! The Owner (NICK) on the other hand is a rip-off artist! I had to re-do the adjustments of the two heads. So Mike the Tech really wasn't proficient or really took much time doing the job right! We had a nice conversation, but as far as taking the time to do the job right he was very poor and failed. I took my own adjustment head key and re-adjusted the two heads so they would hit the brown areas I hired him to hit! I will never use them again. I can't believe he charged me that much money for maybe 15 minutes of time. I mean common, $55.00 for a Cheap c$ 12-13.00 dollar head! Then 10 to 15 minutes and gone. Mike and I talked for at least 20 minutes, a nice guy the tech! ALL in ALL they are an "F" in my opinion! Will be looking for another company on Angies List after I'm done here!!!!!!

Arrived on time Inspected system and made needed repairs

The system is not working. The gentlemen was very nice but the owner of the company refused to speak to my husband about the fees. They over charged on everything and the system is still not working. The worker contacted the owner and during that time the owner used profanity towards the worker. And he rushed the worker to complete the job leaving it unfinished and not working forcing the owner to get another worker to come and complete the job.

I like the way they worked. They were very professional. They came in, did it in the time that they said they would do it and checked it. And it's worked very well.

The service was great. I have used them for many years. They are very reliable.

I contacted Water Wizard to winterize my sprinkler system. They gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone, so I scheduled the appointment. On the date of the work, the technician arrived on time, looked over the system completely, then did his work. He got everything done, offered me some suggestions on system maintenance, and was finished. There were no unexpected charges. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
