Tom Pace was easy to deal with. He returned my call quickly, came to give me an estimate two days later, and came back the next week to do the painting in one day. As a bonus he put a second coat on the door to make it look whiter. He was very meticulous about keeping the line between the colored walls and the white ceiling clean. He did a great job, I would hire him again, and I would recommand him to a friend.

He responded to me immediately, and showed up on time. I am very happy with them so far, they are extremely professional.

Tom was the picture of professionalism. He had given us an estimate for a previous job and although we didn' t use Wallmasters for previous projects like painting our living room, we knew his team were the right ones for our detailed staircase and foyer job. To be honest, Wallmasters will not be the lowest priced estimate you receive, but you get what you pay for. Wallmasters' crew were responsive and made changes when requested.

I made an appointment with Tom to come and give me an estimate. He came quickly, and although he was not the cheapest, he was the most impressive. After he heard what I wanted, he made several excellent suggestions which I hadn't even thought of. Tom and his crew came to the job on time, finished on time and left the place spotless. I would definitely hire these painters again.

We recently had our basement finished and a bedroom re-sheetrocked. We called Wallmasters to have both rooms painted, and Tom was very responsive, returning my call the same day. He scheduled an evening estimate for a couple of days later and showed up at the agreed upon time. He was able to start work the day after we accepted his proposal. He and his crew showed up by 8am each day and the work was completed on time. They were very neat and straightened up each night. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again for future painting projects.

Tom made the estimate and communication process wonderful and we would absolutely consider using him in the future.

Everything went beautifully, job was completed earlier than expected, the entire experience was EXCELLENT!He will be returning next month for a larger project. Wallmasters are absolutely the best. I will use no other for my painting projects.

From start to finish a highly professional operation. Tom was able to provide solutions to some challenges in the house and even restored the built-in my wife was convinced we would have to rip out. The crew was on time and was professional throughout the day. Not a speck of stray paint in the entire house. This is a team you can trust your home too.

Absolutely professional from the prompt answer to my request for a quote to the beautifully finished product. Every single communication with the owner (Tom) was handled quickly and clearly. These guys know their craft cold and have a can-do attitude. They are prompt, totally focused on their work and clean up after themselves at the end of every session. The guys (a crew of four for 2 full days) -- were personable about the project, asked us if we were happy with the colors and their work, but no inappropriate personal gabbing -- all business from arrival to departure. They quickly corrected a couple of really minor things I asked about with a smile. It's so rare to find a well-run business that gives better service than you expect. I would be delighted to recommend them to my friends and family, and would hire them again without hesitation.

Our experience with Wallmasters began and ended with high praise. Not only was the work done with high standards, but they were punctual, clean and highly professional. Tom and his crew were able to give our rooms exactly what was needed, and we are reminded of that each time we see our beautiful rooms. We intend to have Wallmasters do further painting in our home.

From the time Tom arrived to look at the job until the time it was complete, I knew I was in good hands. On the first visit, Tom explained what needed to be done. He is honest and reliable. When he says he is going to come or call, he does. He also communicates via e-mail. Communication with a contractor is a BIG PLUS. Tom's crew is very professional and neat. They meticulously protected all furniture from the paint and cleaned up perfectly. Tom was there every step of the way. I can't say enough nice things about Wallmasters Painting other than you will be very happy with their services and will appreciate their reliability and honesty.

I called these guys and never got a call back. I am not sure if they are even interested.Anyways, it did not work for me and i may try again next but will see if they respond.

Finding a business like Wallmasters is exactly why we joined Angie's List! We called Tom and he arrived at our house on time for our estimate. Of the estimates we received, his was the most thorough. He explained all work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate on the spot. It was not the cheapest of all estimates we received, nor was it the most expensive. However we felt that by looking at the Wallmasters website, combined with the knowledge that Tom shared with us, Wallmasters was without a doubt the way to go. When we called to confirm the service, Tom let us know that he could come the next day to perform the 2.5 day job. Tom and crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They meticulously covered all of our belongings, worked the entire day, and were very clean. They straightened up at the end of the day, and arrived the next day again on time. They were able to finish the job in 2 days and did not need the extra half day. The room looks absolutely beautiful. We chose a grey-beige wall color with semi gloss white for the moulding. The clean, crisp lines look great and we are so happy with the outcome. They are true masters of their craft and they take great pride in the work that they do. Whenever we need painting done we will definitely call Wallmasters again!

Tom and his crew were great! Very professional,courteous,etc. Tom even helped me choose the colors, and we love them. The house looks terrific. We even just rehired him to restain our stair rails!

They were very professional. I know other people that have used them several times and they have an excellent reputation. I would use their services again in the future.

I called Tom (owner of Wall Masters) and he promptly came over and gave me an estimate. He was there on site to supervise as well as perform the tasks himself. I was on a very tight schedule and he managed to fit me in. I am an Engineer and have very high standards for work on my home. Tom satisfied my every expectation. He made sure all furniture and cabinets were well protected during the spackling and painting and left the place clean. Every once in a while you come upon a craftman that is able to do everything he says he can accomplish, and Tom Pace does so and more. In the past when I have hired people to work on my home, I can say that most of the time I was not happy with the quality of work performed. This experience with Wall Masters (Tom Pace) was a completely new and refreshing experience. This is one time that I cannot say I should have done it myself. I give him my highest recommendations for quality, integrity, honesty and professionalism.

The first time we hired Tom, he worked on the bathroom walls. He removed a portion of the wallpaper, cleaned off the mildew, repaired that wall area and then sealed and painted it. We were so pleased with the work he did that we contracted him a second time to repair the water damaged skylight chamber in our den. Here he removed the damaged material, cleaned the mildew and taped/spackled and sealed the chamber walls. In both instances, Tom was personable, professional and punctual. His work was neat, clean and excellent. It was done in accordance with our specifications and as per his time and cost estimates. We are happy and very satisfied with the results.

I think that they would have done an excellent job, but their price was little higher than the estimates that I received. It didn't seem to me to be warranted, based on the work that was going to be done. It wasn't a big or difficult project.

He was very professional. We didn't proceed with the project. We are on home renewal right now. He was really excellent. He was professional and gave us a good estimate. He was very business oriented, not like some guy working on the house. Our overall experience was excellent. We would use the company again in the future.

Went extremely well, punctual, professional, excellant job, the 2 painters who started the job were excellant, They seemed to enjoy their work, and were very cordial, The owner performed extra detailed work and did not charge extra $$$$$. He was very patient, and answered my many questions. Overall, very pleased with the job.

The painter did well and the price was reasonable. The only thing that I did not like was that he cleaned the paintbrushes in the kitchen sink. I offered him the bathtub or a bathroom sink but he said that it would not work.

When Tom estimated the job I told him I was on a tight time table. My children were coming for XMass from Brazil & Denver with my 4 granddaughters and I needed to be done. He went out of his way to accommodate me. He repaired and painted the walls, and having to work around wood floor installation, he removed the floor molding, let the flooring guys do their job, then came back to replace the freshly painted floor molding before my company arrived. He was courteous and professional, always making sure to clean up at days end. I would highly recommend Tom and I will certainly use him again.

Tom Pace responded quickly to my phone call with an estimate that was half another I'd received. I added to the original job and he was consistent with good pricing. He finished within the estimated time frame and was neat and orderly.

Took about a day to return phone call. Does not do exterior painting this late in the season? 10/8/08.

After their estimate I received a letter from Wallmasters stating that they would be unable to provide their services. I do believe this is because of my dogs that are in my home.
