They charged me almost $4k in labor to replace a part that was covered under warranty. It took the tech about an hour and a half to replace the part. Don?t use this company.

They did everything they said they were going to do and got the job done they were knowledgeable and professional. What a great experience.

Varsity Home Service - absolutely would never recommend! Had a $8 tailpiece replaced on my drain under my kitchen sink which took 15 minutes and they charged us $468 - and that was WITH a 10% contract fee discount! Complete price gouging and absolute robbery! The fact that they can justify that is ludacris!

Anthony the technician gave us all options with estimates for the repair but without any sales pressure. He arrived within the time frame they estimated. When he entered our home he was very respectable and wore boot coverings, which I appreciated. He performed the repair, and the unit has been working fine.

DISHONEST AND SHADY. These people were really nice into screwing my mother in law out of $5400 for work that was NOT NEEDED. This company was called to do a simple maintenance job and then bullied her into an overpriced, overcharged job she did not need. She is not even the owner of the home to ok this work. The system we had did not have ANY issues and was under WARRANTY. It was 4 years old. They 100% knew what they were doing. It is a SIDE APARTMENT you knew she wasn't the owner and you took advantage of her. When we called they could care less. Really shady company. They're so sweet but honestly it's just an act. They're super nice as they probably screw most of their clients out of money by doing work they don't need. My husband works in the pump industry he knows exactly what you all did to her. Overcharged her for parts and labor. This job was less than 4 hours ARE YOU KIDDING ME. We are reporting you to the BBB. the parts by themselves were $1000, so that was $4400 in labor for 4 hours. we just bought this big house and needed a lot of work for the AC and some plumbing we will be looking elsewhere.

Great job! The job was done very professionally and neatly. The pipes were a work of art when they finished! They answered all of our questions and stayed till everything was working perfectly

Vidal is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and Vidal from Varsity came to the rescue. He immediately identified the problem, educated me on how the system works and gave me tips for maintenance. He has the parts handy in his truck and was able to resolve everything in less than an hour. He also was very clean, put everything back to the way it was and also work shoe coverings as he ran back and forth between the shower and basement. Highly recommend!

They did not do the job properly and never sent someone to do a follow up.

Other than the fact that your company over booked Craig and he could not arrive in the 8:00-12:00 window, Craig more than made up for it with the efficiency of his work and his friendly and professional manner. i would recomment Craig to anyone who asks.. he is a Great emplloyee and should probably be considered for a raise within your organization.

I've used Varsity several times now for plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance. They are always prompt, communicative, and efficient when they do a job. This week Larry came to do the winter startup for my heat pump system, and he was great. I highly recommend Varsity!

We had to put in a new central air unit after ours started to slowly fade away. We opted for Varsity based on the integrity of their history. Alexis and Tom showed up on time and as promised completed the job efficiently and professionally in the time promised. Their work was swift, clean, and with minimal obstruction to my day! Varsity Home Service became my AC company this year after my previous AC company dropped out of servicing private homes. The main reason I decided to give Varsity a go was the family ownership and involvement. My first experience was our usual Spring checkup and maintenance ahead of the heating season which was thorough. Then as luck would have it, one of our 20+ year old air handlers in the attic developed a leak and Varsityâ  s subsequent check revealed a more serious issue than a simple leak and the net of all that was we needed a replacement air handler. Varsity gave as a prompt quote but as itâ  s major item, I also sought quotes from the HVAC plumbing company weâ  ve used for years for our plumbing needs. Varsityâ  s quote was more than 40% lower and I had to drag the quote out of the other company. I am not kidding â  FORTY PERCENT lower for same product. Finally, as we were looking down the barrel of a near 100 degree multiday heat wave, Varsity scheduled installation day before the heat wave and got it done. Our attic btw, is an old one â  100 year old house â  that presented some installation issues. The Varsity installers, Eli and Jim, never batted an eyelash. No complaints on the three story carry of the handler to the attic, cramped space and some in the wall rewiring to handle the newer air handler. A follow-up adjustment needed was scheduled and done within 2 days at no charge. We couldnâ  t be happier with the company from the people you get on the phone, the service manager who got on the phone to explain the new SEER2 ratings and what that meant for us, to the men who they sent to do the service and the installation. We donâ  t usually take the time to write reviews this detailed but Varsity earned it. Unqualified recommendation from us.
