I would not hesitate to contact Varsity again. They fixed issues left behind by another service (NJM). They did not tell me my boiler needed to be replaced nor did they sell me parts I didn't need. It was truly the best repair service experience I've ever had from the first phone call to meeting the fantastic techs, Steve and Matt. Very happy to recommend them and to let others know that they can 100% rely on Varsity Home.

The team is professional, courteous and knowledgable. They also went over-the-top in fixing our boiler during the artic freeze before Christmas 2019.

They came the same day I called. They diagnosed my steam boiler problem and took care it. Jim and Joe conducted themselves professionally. I was so happy with the work that I signed up for their a/c-heating contract.

They were responsive, thorough, and although they offered prices for replacement of our (admittedly) old system, they did not push it. Maintenance service was very reasonable and they gave us information so that we could order a filter and replace it ourselves.

Varsity was outstanding in replacing our hot water heater. They were on time, professional and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Also, they have outstanding customer service when you call them. They aim to please you.

I began speaking with Varsity in May 2019. They weer paitent and understanding. When I was ready to have the actual work done in October, they performed the work with care and attention. Knowledgeable,caring,professional. I have a service contract with them. Am so glad to have found this company.

I have an annual contract with Varsity onw going on 9 years. They do good work ,are reliable as well as professional. I will continue to use them
