Varsity Installed a new HVAC system for me over 10 years ago. They have maintained it like new. Last week in the heat surge I was having an AC issue. They did not stop till my requests for improved cooling were satisfied. After multiple visits the REFUSED TO CHARGE ME !!!! What a really great company !

Varsity gas always provided prompt , knowledgeable and efficient service. Our gas furnace stopped functioning overnight and had to be reset. The technician, Danny A.,who arrived within an hour of our call, did a very thorough check of the whole system , and even called and worked with the manufacturer to find and quickly resolve the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Varsity for any plumbing, A/C, or heating needs.

I will have the new boiler installed in April 2021. We were visited by Eric from Varsity and he went into detail about the project. He is a wonderful person. I can't wait till April!

The problem that was diagnosed is the need to replace the LIPA thermostat, which used to be able to cut off electricity use during high demand peaks. The combined electronic module + thermostat is not working. The price to remove that, replace it with a thermostat, was about $1,800. Knowing the comparative simplicity of the task, and the actual price of a thermostat (they wanted ~$500 for an under $100 item), confirms that they do not provide value for your money.

For my central A/C install. Varsity is the gold standard for professional service. Varsity works as a team who patiently brought me through the process from start to finish. I'm extremely satisfied with with the results, I will always have Varsity for my home services. Varsity earlier this year installed a walk in shower for me. The results were fantastic. In the future I will have Varsity install a hot water heater.
