We are with this HVAC company for 3 Years. According to their advice on our yearly maintenance plan we needed to put an residential air purifier. Erica Bellini gave us two choices. We decided to go with iWave-R Residential air cleaner for our AC . AC expert Kyle came to install the Air Cleaner. He installed it very quickly and efficiently.Kyle is very respectful Technician in Varsity. I highly recommend Varsity to my friends,family and my colleagues.

Kyle is one of the most respectful technicians on the Varsity team. He is on time, kind, and gets the job done in a timely manner. He takes his job very seriously, and is concerned for the cleanliness of the customers home (by wearing the booties to keep our floors clean). Derek from Varsity was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient . He checked and did what was necessary to prepare our Central Air system as well as a separate mini split unit and an air purification unit for Summer , including replacing all filters, and a UV light. We would request Derek for future service visits, and could highly recommend him as well as Varsity, which has handled all of our heating and cooling needs for the last 15 years including the installation of Central Air and a gas conversion.

Our home central air conditioning system needed to be replaced. After reviewing and getting estimates from several companies, we decided, due to their outstanding reviews, to use Varsity Home Service to replace our entire central air conditioning system. There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the sales people and technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell items. They came to our house on time and evaluated our house and made recommendations as to what they felt was the appropriate replacement system to satisfy our needs. Everyone we dealt with made our experience a most pleasant one, explained what we needed and helped us make the right decision regarding the system that would be best for us. Their estimate and cost for the system we chose was competitive. After making the decision to use their services, they came on time, the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our system, they answered all questions to our satisfaction, explained an reviewed the function of the system, tested out the system, and they removed all debris and the old system from the premises. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate quickly. Written estimate took a while, but once I received it, they scheduled a time to replace my A/C quickly. They showed up on time and completed the job in less than a day. Very happy to have A/C again! Most responsive and professional company of the multiple companies I met with.

This morning Tim and Jack came to my home to assess a water leak. They arrived on time, explained what theyâ d be doing and got right to work. Within minutes, they had the issue diagnosed and explained options to fix the problem. They were both friendly and made sure I understood all options before leaving. In addition, answered some other questions I had about possible work in the future. They made sure I knew how to reach them if I had any further questions. I couldnâ t have asked for a smoother experience; thank you Varsity, Tim and Jack!
