Professional, courteous, clean and communicated with me often.

The service man wasn t able to clean my drain as other plumber had done in the past for a similar kitchen drain clog. Instead he needed to cut into a basement ceiling to install new access which added another $300 to my bill. I was stuck, so I ok 'd it.

Varsity was gay, efficient, and professional. They provided same-day service, and solved my problem for a reasonable price.

I was impressed with the office staff in particular Erice and Christine. They were extremely patient with us as we deal with the coronavirus as seniors. I would not hesitate to contact Varsity again. They fixed issues left behind by another service (NJM). They did not tell me my boiler needed to be replaced nor did they sell me parts I didn't need. It was truly the best repair service experience I've ever had from the first phone call to meeting the fantastic techs, Steve and Matt.
