Guy, one of the owners, came on a Saturday morning even when he had family plans in the afternoon. He quickly, but throughly, checked the house electrical panel and determined that the cause for the flickering lights originated from the power company's bad ground connection. Before he could repair the home's back-up ground, he had run to the store to buy a clamp because he came in his secondary truck which was not fully stocked. That said, he returned very quickly and repaired the back-up ground, so that we could safely have consistent power. He then called the power company to arrange for emergency work to be done that day. Before he left, he carefully explain the problem to me and said he would be back on Sunday morning to replace the main power breaker which he did. But, because he couldn't find an open store to buy a breaker that fit his specifications, he's coming back next week to put another one in (at NO CHARGE). Overall, Guy showed that he was an owner who cares about his clients (even new ones) that he was willing to make emergency house calls and go the extra mile to ensure that the home's electricity was SAFE!!! For a guy who knows next to nothing about electricity, I was able to sleep at night because I felt Guy really did his best to make sure my family was safe.

He's the best. Every time I have a problem whether a switch is out or whatever the case is, I have Kenny come and do it. He's dependable. He comes and the price he gives me is actually cheaper than some of the people I've gone around and checked the prices out with. He's a really nice person, he's a family guy and he's down to earth. I'm thinking about putting an extension on the house and he's going to be the electrician for the whole house. I have no problems with him.

This was my first time using Titan Total Power LLC and it will not be my last! They are truly a professional organization from top to bottom. I made my initial appointment with Guy, he came on time, which is important to me with our busy schedules time is precious. Guy went over the work that was required with me for this job, we also spoke about additional work that needs to be done at a later date. Guy called me the next day with a very competive quote. We set a date for the work to be done and again the workman came at the time we set up. The work was done in a timely and neat fashion. I was extremely impressed by this organization and would recommend them to anyone that might need electrical work done

I HAVE USED ALOT OF COMPANIES BUT I MUST SAY KENNY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED AND MORE. HE GAVE US A TIME AND WAS THERE BEFORE HAND AND THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER THAN I EXPECTED. HE WAS A GENTLEMAN AND MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE JOB WAS BEING DONE THE RIGHT WAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEN AND TITAN TOTAL POWER AND WOULD FOR CERTAIN USE HIM AGAIN
