Claudia and Vincent were very helpful in explaining how the system works. We decided to do the whole house filtration system. Vincent and his workers arrived on time and were very neat and considerate. It might be a little costly, but you cannot put a price on clean water and your health.

The installation-scheduling and the installation itself went very smoothly. The system is a neat and compact layout. Once it was installed, Vincent patiently answered all our operational questions. Vincent is a true professional. He came onsite and did more than he needed to making sure the whole house filter and RO were installed neat and clean. He left the place clean and adhered to all safety procedures during these difficult times.

Simply Pur was very thorough in testing my water and coming up with the right filtration system for my needs. They explained everything I needed to know about the water in my area, the filtration process and maintenance. They even offered to remove my system when I have my kitchen remodeled and put it back post remodel at no cost.

Vincent and Simply Pur got back to me quickly and set up an appointment to repair my system. Other companies were telling me I needed to replaces most of the system at a cost of over $500 plus labor.
