Upon calling for an estimate we received an immediate response and visit to the house from Dan. He was very professional and happily answered all of our questions. In addition to the electrical upgrade we needed a couple of dedicated circuits added. It turned out that our air conditioner plug required replacing and Dan and his team replaced it for us on the spot. We were very pleased with their work. They were all very friendly and neat. I would highly recommend Marra Electric.

I initially called for an estimate around 3 weeks ago. They responded immediately. Dan Marra was there the next day to check the circuit breakers and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He did say it could be a week or so since we were having a heat wave and they were very busy. As it turns out, we were going away for 2 weeks anyway. I called to set up the appointment shortly after we had the new AC unit installed in the wall. They were very accommodating and within days they were available. They called the night before to confirm and showed up early for the appointment. Dan came with his right hand man, Kevin and another helper. Immediately they laid down a cloth to cover the pathway to outside, since it was raining. They completed the job in no time, cleaned up and even changed a dimmer switch in my dining room at no charge. We discussed installing a ceiling fan and Kevin took the time to look at the existing fan, went up in my attic and gave me some great recommendations. All in all I was very pleased with this company & their workers. I know I will use them again for any future electrical jobs.

I contacted Marra Electric via e-mail over a weekend with a description of what I was looking to have completed. I received a call back within 24-48 hours from Dan. He scheduled the estimate to my convenience (on a Saturday) and his arrival was right on time. I explained what I was looking for and received feedback and recommendations. I received my written estimate the following Monday. When I accepted the estimated and notified Dan, Service was scheduled within a few weeks. Again, arrival was right on time and services were performed in a timely, clean and professional manner. Thanks!

Danny (the owner) is very pleasant, knowledgeable and customer focused. I called on a Tuesday for an install today. He wasn't sure he could get me the time I needed, but he actually shifted jobs around to accommodate my request. I had a last minute need to delay the appointment by 30 minutes (due to daughter's doctor appointment), he was very gracious and sent his crew 30 minutes later. Danny estimated the job over the phone and the work cost exactly what he said it would. The crew Kevin and Will were on time, very pleasant, did excellent work and were very neat, you guys are awesome. If you are reading other reviews (i.e. Mr. Sparky), save yourself the time and just go with Marra. You will be very happy you did. Thanks Marra!

It went perfect..I received a call that they could do the job mon. instead of wed. as was planned... men came and they had to go in the hot attic to run the new line and they were done with the work and clean up in 2 hrs... They were both very personable and professional... When I received the estimate the owner I assume Daniel marra was also excellent.. I think the price was excellent for the amount of work they had to do... I would use this company again, for sure...

Dan and his men did a great job! They were punctual, polite, professional, and worked very well as a team! I would highly recommend Dan (Marra Electric) to any of my friends. My wife and I really appreciated the fact that Dan didn't try to rip us off!! We were made to believe by other electricians we need a totally new Breaker Panel! They quoted us outrageous prices from $2000 to $2500 dollars to redo the entire breaker panel. Dan calmly and honestly explained what was meant by a piggy back breaker. He explained that they call the two switch breakers piggyback due to them having two tabs instead of one. He explained that we didn't need the entire panel redone, and that we were misquoted by his peers. He never said anything negative about his fellow craftsman. I really appreciated Dans honesty, and reasonable pricing format being I just retired. He took could have charged me more, but I know he was taking into account I had just retired! Dan showed compassion for my financial situation and gave us a fair price where everyone was happy! I understand he has to be paid for his services, but he was worth every cent we paid him! Dan is just a great guy! And, he and his crew are very good at his job!

The service was good. He was in and out. He charged exactly what he said and he came when he said. If we were staying in the area, we would continue to use their service.

Daniel was very punctual and gave me a written estimate which was changed and updated and submitted to me again. I really thought that was terrific. I knew exactly what I was paying and there were no hidden surprises.

While in the midst of a kitchen remodel we heard a sizzling noise coming from inside the wall behind the microwave/electric range. We immediately shut down the breaker and I called Marra Electric. The owner and one of his workers showed up the next day. There were melted wires and caps in several locations due to old aluminum wiring. Although they had no available appointments until the following week they pushed off a non-emergency job to come the following day due to the urgency of our situation. They rewired my kitchen and replaced a heavily overloaded trough in the attic. They also made a direct connection from my microwave to a dedicated breaker box, as well as installing two dual-outlets by my island. They were very professional and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly be using them again. So glad I found this company as I'm always wary of "professionals" that do work on my home. I highly recommend them.

I called in another electrical contractor who spent nearly 3 hrs at my home trying to find the problem and accidently put his foot through my ceiling, After this he said he was going to lunch and never showed back up. I then called Marra Electric. The woman on the phone was very friendly and assured me someone would contact me shortly. Dan the owner called me and fit me in the same day. He personally showed up at my house and him and a helper found the problem in 15 minutes. They found a bad outlet behind a dresser which was old and had stopped working. They replaced it and everything came back on. These guys were friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Dan the owner and his helper were both very nice and did an excellent job. I had not told Dan that i wanted a new outlet replaced on my kitchen counter with a four plug receptacle when i talked to him on the phone. When i asked him about it when he was at my house he said he didn't have the parts with him. He went up to the local hardware store in town and bought the parts he needed to install the new receptacle. I would use Marra electric again when ever i need some electrical work done. I will also tell my family and friends to use Marra electric also. Great job done.

I hired Marra Electric after a miserable experience with another contractor that was renovating my home. The original contractor I had to fire, and I needed electrical work to be redone, and other electrical work to be completed. Marra Electric arrived at my home on time to provide me with an estimate. From the very beginning, Marra Electric eased my mind regarding the work to be done via his professionalism and knowledge. I had sought out other electrical estimates, but felt the most confident in Marra Electric not only due to some of his ideas, but also because he listened to what I needed and what I wanted done. On the day of the job, he arrived on time and worked in a very professional matter, diligent in his work, as well as finishing the product in a clean manner (He swept up any debris from the work he was doing). I can finally enjoy my televisions, and have an asthetially pleasing look to all of my outlets and switches.
