Excellent! Ray found an inexpensive reason that the AC was not running. He also made an improvement to the draining system so that I would not have a different problem in the short term. He made sure that his helper had completed all the necessary procedures before leaving. Ray and James answered all my questions and took the time to explain the set up of my system. CALL THIS COMPANY. Luckily they were able to come in 3 hrs.

Ray and his crew were all very professional with one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ray is very straight forward and will tell you exactly what you need and his price was very reasonable. He works with your schedule to schedule the appointments for both the estimate and installation. He personally made sure to call or even stop by after each day after his guys finish to check up on the progress and made sure the guys installed everything properly. The crew kept the house and work area neat and clean, they cleaned up after themselves as they go. I would definitely recommend them and use them again down the line.

Great! After another company said I need to replace coils and condenser, I called Raymong at Long Island HVAC for a second opinion.. He came the same day and carefully examined our system and said it was fine we did not need to replace. He said down the road we will have to replace because it is getting old but, we don't have to replace right now. You can tell Raymond is very knowlegeable and HONEST! I highly recommend his company.

He worked around our schedule for the estimate and came when we needed them to come for the estimate. Good estimate process overall.
